I can here to do my fingerprint. There were two parties ahead of me but the process was really quick. I didn't need to wait for my turn for too long. The shop itself was dark, didn't know why the operator didn't turn on the light. The equipment there seemed old. But the operator got my fingerprint job done fast.

Regarding parking, it will be best if you park in the middle section of the parking lot. It is much more spacious than the row that is close to the shop.

If you are planning to schedule your I-9 here, don't. If you made an appointment, change locations.

The owner is extremely helpful, I was having trouble with my appointment and the background check agency just having a line of phone call waiting ahead of me, I can't even call them to help troubleshoot. The owner saw I was waiting for their phone call for more than 10 mins so decided to help me to dial their customer service and with extension, I was able to troubleshoot the issue and have my background check completed. I'm extremely thankful.

Worst service ever there a rip off all they did was copy and paste and they charge me 70 wow I can't believe this it was 55 first then 70 don't come here his just gonna rip you

This guy is a Fraud! I went in for a passport photo and this guy over charged me $20 for a passport photo.while I was waiting some other lady went in for a passport photo and charged her $11. Don’t go there Worst service ever!

You guys need to update your hours. They are wrong, it does not reflect what it says on your front door!

It was a very bad experience. The operator has no idea of field appointment process. I asked for accessing a document for print for which i used laptop for 1 minute he charged me $10. Worst ever and never ever i am gonna go that store. Be aware they rip you off for a print of document.
