I just moved to California and had no idea how to go about getting my car registered. Worse, I was dreading taking off the day and going to DMV, Mowlana (and all the fine folks at UMISmog took care of everything quick (and professionally) It was all worth it!

Excellent service! Needed smog, Title transfer, and new registration for a vehicle I bought through a private sale. I was able to complete everything without having to go to the DMV. Great, fast convenient service with Jose and Mowlana on an out of state title transfer, even though I was missing some details they were able to help me find the information I needed as well as tell me anything else I would need to do because of certain missing documents.

We recently moved from OR to CA; thought registering our car in CA would be a hassle. Then we found UMI and Ricardo. When we drove up to the service window, he carefully explained the process, made sure we had the right documents (title, reg, etc.), did the smog test, registered our car and then installed our plates and the tags. Within an hour we were done and all for a very reasonable service charge above the regular DMV fees. We would definitely recommend Ricardo and UMI Smog for all the vehicle related services they can provide. Much better than waiting in line at DMV.

Jose Mowlana helped me out about 30 minutes before the store closed. I screwed up every step of my paperwork and they just laughed it off and proceeded to help me. I did not know that transferring a vehicles title could be a pleasant experience before this.
