Extended Stay America - Pleasanton - Chabot Dr.

Customer service was amazing and they accommodated to my needs in a timely manner. The room was super clean and larger than I anticipated. This was a last minute booking but ended up being one of my better experiences.

I did a reservation for 2 beds bedroom on a third party website and they provided me a bedroom with a queen bed and a sofabed and they were requiring more 50 dollars for an upgrade.
It is a catch! Awful experience! More than 1 hour of calls to solve the problem and nothing was made from the frontdesk part. Bedrooms are also old, dirty carpets. Terrible experience!

We recently stayed at this property while visiting family for the holidays. Honestly, we had such a great experience. The staff were very friendly, room was clean and you couldn’t beat the price. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit up there!

Dirty pull-out mattress, bed is hard as a rock, left with back pain. The plastic wrapped cups that come with the room were dirty immediately after I unwrapped them. This whole place is sketchy. The Four Points by Sheraton is much better.

Well, my guests were confounded when they were approached by people in the parking lot passing out business cards for a FREE Massage Service that's provided by the hotel, then when they go to the rooms it's Non-English speaking ladies that asks for your room number and a "Donation $$$" to do a massage. Clearly this is Monkey Business that's approved by the front desk and/or internal employees.

WOrst freaking hotel ever. We had no help trying to check in for almost 2 hours and it was kon refundable. We called customer service 4x which 3 of them hung up on us because they could not get a hold of anybody. Finally a younger guy walks in my girl asks if he worked here he said ya and he was so high he barely could even comprehend what we were there for. We finally got into the room around 230-300am! And check out is at 11am? They never even offered to upgrade us or a discount or even an apology! This place is the worst service ever! We will never be going back to this place again! Ridiculous how this place runs this company.

I’m incredibly comfortable here and have been using them for a little over a month while I wait for my home to become available. The front staff is incredibly helpful and I’d recommend staying here for any period of time for a safe, clean bed with everything you need close by.

Been here a few times but this last stay we had a lot of unforeseen events happen which extended our stay, staff was very helpful in getting issues resolved for us and keeping our stay nice. Thanks.

Came in at 3: 40p to this front desk sign …. Okay I’m suppose to sit here and wait for the front desk personnel until 5p…. No one to help or corporate #s to assist

I’m very happy with my visit here. Bed is comfortable. Room is clean, spacious, and well appointed. Anton and Kate at the front desk were super helpful with my check-in needs. I drive a semi, and there was enough room for my truck and trailer along with a coworkers truck and trailer. I would stay here again.

I understand that this not an expensive hotel, but the cleanliness is really lacking here. My room had hair from previous residents, evidence of bed bugs and dirty walls. It was in real need of a deep cleaning. This hotel is not cheap enough to get away with that. I wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms are Hella small, mattress on pull out bed stained. I requested first floor rooms first I was told no problem showed up to be told I got upgraded, but I was on 3rd floor I said I need close to an elevator then, there is only 2 rooms further away from then my room. Shower is broken. People were nice enough but totally full of bs.

The hotel is updated and clean. I'm very picky and I'm never disappointed when I come in town. My boyfriend travels for work so I'm always looking for a reasonable and CLEAN hotel. Also, the staff Tyler, Presili and my girl that's here in the morning are all amazing. Thank you so much for great customer service.
