Extended Stay America

Really love this place this is excellent place to live. Worker's are very nice and the rooms are clean they always have fresh towels and sheets, also the management (RICHARD) is very nice he goes above and beyond to satisfy your needs he's very chill and nice and just a very nice guy. If you need a hotel for your upcoming vacation or if you need a place to STAY this is the place highly recommend.

Love everything here, close to a lot of stores and very clean. Manager Richard was very helpful and kind, would recommend this location to family members and friends.

Guests are assigned rooms in an interesting way.
Walls are paper thin.
Smoke goes right into the rooms. Both tobacco and weed. Some guests stand right outside their door and smoke.
Windows do not keep any sounds or wind out. Same with doors.
Dogs are not always on leash. Even the big dogs.
Homeless encampments are just outside of the parking lot.

I would recommend this place to anybody that wants a clean room *** anybody that once a clean clean room.never having to worry about bugsgood service that wants a big TV that wants a big kitchen that wants what they pay for $! N there's great restaurants nearby it's safe here there's security at night it's friendly with pets there's a free continental breakfast I mean what more can I say.come back yessss_ n thanks

For the price, the service was excellent and so were the rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a very wonderful Stay at extended stay America I really enjoyed the rooms that I stayed in I thought they were well kept I really enjoyed the staff they were helpful when needing extra items in the room and the people in the office was very knowledgeable friendly and professional I would definitely stay here again.

I've tried contacting the hotel 10 times over the last week before the trip to cancel. Today I called Maria, she told me the manager was away and would call me when she was back from lunch, it's been 8 hours and no one called back. No one replied to any email. The reservation is for tomorrow and they won't cancel or waive their cancellation fee even though it's discretionary and they have put me through hell.

I have booked a stay at this extended stay America twice now and I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt the first time even though my initials stay is something I'd rather forget. This last Thursday when I arrived I walked into the room which looked nice at first until I went into the bathroom and found the toilet seat smeared with residual fecal matter. I informed the man working at the front desk, who seemed disinterested. So I cleaned it up. The following days weren't all together unpleasant until I met my neighbors. Or rather, Heard them. This is the same issue that I had before when I stayed in the hotel and I was on the second floor but my stay here was just as loud if not louder. It seemed like there was someone yelling, screaming, crying getting into or out of their cars, slamming door, walking past my room Talking on their phone or to someone else very loudly, or getting into arguments with someone else and threatening to shoot them 24/7. Literally for the entire duration of my stay it felt like there wasn't a moment of peace because of the people I had to share the space with. Altogether if it had been quieter it would have been a more peaceful stay. I also forgot to mention a guest who brought their dog and who seemed to be right outside my room whenever the dog started barking. I don't know if he was walking the dog and the animal needed to use the bathroom (there's no grass and barely any soil in the area I was in) but I never heard the dog bark except for the very regular occasions it was in front of my room door. This further detracts from the quality of my stay.

My time at Extended Stay America was pretty good. I know it's in a rough neighborhood and all but this place is not bad. The rooms were clean, you get your own mini kitchen, a decent bathroom, and the customer service was great. Thank you to Richard and the young woman that kept checking me in and out of rooms.
