This place Rocks! I have alopecia. Not happy to have lost all hair due to meds to handle chronic pain from clasped spine. No hope with this cheaper wigs.
Real hair is so easy. Synthetic don't last as well.
Stepping into Extension Plus was wonderful! Staff was very friendly. Ready to help and listen to your needs.
The head representative is a very informed Lady Her staff adores her.
The wigs are beautiful!
Next time I'm getting couple of favorites to have a fall back one so I can be lazy. Sorry hahaha.

I wore this hair forever. With a recent purchase the hair has been thin, short and very expensive. I returned the hair and they took a large chunk from my refund With the restocking fee and shipping fees. I am contemplating deleting this app because I refuse to waste my time and money. The customer service sucks and no one wants to answer your calls. One of the customer service reps was very rude.

You guys please answer the phone. This hair is too expensive for this kind of service. I’ve been calling for a week now but no answer. I’m so disappointed.

Actually this happened before the pandemic So it has nothing to do with Covid.this place used to be wonderful the hair was the very best and somehow it’s been reduced to the worst hair I’ve ever seen in my life —the hair was literally coming out of the crown it was frizzing up—-I’ve never seen anything like it I don’t know what happened to this company but beware
