Sarah was very helpful in getting us set up with a storage room that took care of our needs. We felt very comfortable with the property and the security system. Sarah answered all of our questions and the time it took to complete everything was quite short and we were on our way.

I am so upset by the huge price increase I am like physically ill. (Even though it happened weeks ago and I tried to sleep on it.)
Called, so they cut the fee by 20 and added a late fee of 35 so I paid more than the bill WOULD HAVE BEEN. Cool.
Btw, they jumped my price $80 in a MONTH. So much for loyalty to a brand. Had my unit here for years. But I guess that is what happens with these big companies that own everything. We get screwed. There is no management to talk to becuase you have to deal with your "location". You are forced out of need to stay. But yeah will be giving my petty little one star and telling (no. WARNING) people about this.

Lovely experience on both the phone and in person. Sarah was awesome to work with. Their computer systems and autopay make it super easy to rent here.

The staff was very helpful and informative. The staff posted a sign on our unit to make it easy to identify on our move date. The "temperature controlled" unit was very clean.

Excellent customer service! Truly! Sarah at the front is an angel, really easy to talk to! The space is always clean, everything is always up and running, climate controlled so my stuff remains in good shape. Sarah has even helped me find a cheaper unit, saved me some $$! I highly recommend this location!

Samantha and Sarah are amazing! I reserved a unit a week or so ago and started worrying it was too small. I spoke with them both separately and the quality of customer service alone gets the the 5 stars. I was given so many options and suggestions it completely set my mind at ease. Looking forward to moving in next week!

We have rented storage spaces in the past at various locations. This time we decided to try Extra Space Storage in Bermuda Dunes. All they had in climate control was a 10' x 10' space so we took it. We later spoke to our mover and he said it wouldn't be big enough. I asked Sarah Zayas if she would please call us if anything came up in the next couple of days. To our surprise Sarah called and said I have a 10 x 15 do you want it. Of course we did and said we would take it. She said she was keeping an eye out for one to come up and as soon as it did she was sweet enough and took the time and we able to complete our move. We can't thank Sarah enough for making this happen. As local realtors we highly highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Bermuda Dunes. Thank you Sarah, you are awesome!
