The sales representative was very polite & curtios. He was very knowledgeable about the facility, it's order of operations and explained all the steps taken on my contract for my occuppinsy. I left there feeling very satisfied with the facility I had chosen.

Had a very good experience here from reserving the unit online to moving out it was a simply and quick process will definitely be coming back Here when I need to store things in the future

After a computer issue trying to reserve a unit the facility was great and got it all straightened out for me. Paperwork, tour, and lock in place all done quick too. They have the good disc locks too.

I rented a 10x10 here for about 5 years. The facility is very clean, pest free and safe. Customer service was great. The employees were always friendly and helpful. Paying the bill was easy. Getting around the facility in larger vehicles and towing trailers in and out was easy as well. I would rent here again.

Sometimes humans have more stuff than they have space. More space is good. Extra Space Storage had the space that I, a human, needed to store my extra stuff. They stored it very well. It survived the Tubbs Fire of 2017. I sniffed my stuff and it didn't even smell like smoke. That was nice. Lamone was the last human I talked with when I had to close my account. Lamone is very nice. If I was a betting human, I would bet that Lamone's friends appreciate Lamone. I appreciated the clear, concise, and kind wrap up and farewell to Extra Space Storage that Lamone gave me. The hole process of getting my unit was incredibly easy. I did everything online, without any issues. I had my gate code immediately and had access to my unit. I loved that the price of a lock for the unit got added in, as well as having the option to get a refund if I didn't need the lock. That little thing added to the ease. When I arrived to put some things in my unit, the unit was very cleaned and the lock was inside. The unit zip have a zip tie on the outside with the inspection ticket. I have to say that when compared to my previous experience at this location, this time moving in was such a breeze.
