Rosa was such a great help assisted me with all questions I had and was very nice and professional.

The phone agent was courteous and offered me the online discount for 1 month free and booked my 5x7 hassle free. Upon my arrival it was a seamless transition at the desk. However, having to upgrade in size to a 5×10, I don't believe that the 1 month free opportunity was applied to my contract.

Maybe a bit more of explanation on in and out code procedures, plus very confusing constant price changes after move in.

Overpriced for what you’re getting. I found a bug in my unit, the unit itself it’s extremely dirty, and there was a lot of miscommunication for my move out. The only reason it’s not one star is because the woman at the front desk was super sweet and helpful throughout my entire time, also the security is great with needing a code upon entry every time.

Pico Bl. Extra Space has made a stressful situation into a pleasant experience! I k ow my items are safe and secure in the facility. Always up front and timely about any changes that could affect their customers, I know what to expect with no surprises. Staff members are friendly, polite and helpful. I’d definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone needing to safely store their belongings. Thank you!

Price aside, this place is good.

It's clean. Recently I saw rodent traps set out and occasionally I have seen a fruit fly or two, which is concerning. But where our unit is it's really quiet and smells and feels like a library. It's a happy place for me.

Occasionally I've had some strange conversations I'd rather avoid, but mostly great people who more or less leave you alone. There are carts for taking your stuff in and out. Sometimes they're locked up, but they are always available for check out. The parking lot is sunny and sometimes busy. The elevator is good.

I wish they had more hours—that would make things much nicer. One bad experience I had was trying to pick stuff up in the morning and they weren't open yet even though it was in their hours. No one answered the phone. I mostly go in the afternoon since then.

I have been a customer and storing my stuff there for the last 10 years. They raised my fee again from 125 to 160 for a 4×5 unit. Just spoke with a very sweet girl, I believe her name was Marcello. She was very helpful and got me approved for a rate of 142.00. Every bit helps so I was very grateful.

I had a phenomenal experience storing my things here. Anette was super communicative and helpful in getting me the right unit size & price. Tons of space for the value. The security/access is great as well. Would definitely recommend!

Very helpful show me a couple units to look at to choose from very nice help me even look up some information for moving into apartments she was This place was awesome they really went out of the way for me talk to me About different units they have insight andother business I was talking to them about I really think the assistant manager for helping me out and going out of their way to help me thank you so much

Not enough kind words to describe the staff that manage this location. Anette Pacheco, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure I could land my belongings safety after a very long journey. Moving from one state to another is hard enough but the caring demeanor from Anette was such a sign of genuine warmth.

I love this place! Rene was super helpful. I had so many questions and he had the answer to every single one. I’ll definitely be returning since he was such a great help. I’ve been to other Extra Space Storage but I haven’t had too good of an experience until I came to this one and I honestly think it was because of the service I was given by Rene! 10/10 recommend.

Anette was the absolute best! If she’s not there when you arrive save yourself and just go home until she returns

This is a great storage facility in LA area. Tough to beat the price, and most importantly, the facility is clean and safe, carts are available for moving items to/from your car, plenty of parking, and Anette and her team are helpful, friendly, and reliable.
