Hi the lady in the front office sounds like a news reporter lady! She is very nice and friendly! I wouldn't be surprised if she became a news reporter!

I am so impressed with Extra Space Storage. The facility is secure, clean and safe. But the best thing is manager, Angel Bueno! He's professional and personable. He works to make sure you get exactly what you need. I highly recommend this facility!

Rent started at $120, then they raised it to $170, then they raised it again to $242 with only 1 months notice. It is not like other businesses where if you cannot afford it you can just discontinue service; you have to spend time and MORE money to move all your things.

The service was fast a very friendly. Aylin was very patient with me and walked me thru the process. I'd recommend them to anyone needing or wanting a storage.

Extra Space Storage took really good care of my dad's RV, that has been stored there for a very long time and when he passed away they were so kind and patient with me in transfering his RV to me. Thank you so much for your kindness!

So far so good. I rented the storage unit online and it was quickly and very easy. The next day, one of the staff members came to greet us an to make sure everything was ok.

Price increases without notice yearly, this happened 4x as we were tenants for 4 years.we decided to leave once we were paying almost double for the same space. Almost $200 a month for a 10x10. Did some research, now have the same storage at my house for $75 a month. Do your research before you commit to extra space storage. Not very good business conduct with rent increases.

When I rented the unit I was told it was safe and video monitored. After a few months I was called and told my locks where gone and its my responsibility to have them. Of course I go there and most of my items have been stolen. After reporting the theft I was told that my storage unit was not under surveillance. Never again.

Angel and your employees are the best. Today I will always remember. You helped out by finding 2 units that were not only in my budget, but below my budget. You even helped me out finding the hand truck to help me move from 1 unit to the other. That is what I call real service.

I definitely am sold on recommending your facility to anyone.
