As always Carina was on the request and verified what was owed and took the payment with no problems. Jose as well as Carina should get a raise forbeing so kind-this office is far superior to your Irvine office!

Have been renting here for several years, great facilities, great management, nice location.

They have the best employees and managers I have ever seen, they are super friendly and helpful. But can’t say the same thing about the greedy company. They raised my storage fee $100 a couple months after I got my unit and I was told it’s because of inflation. That’s just a joke, I wouldn’t recommend this company. Save your money and find another company.

I just wanted to commend the employee at extra space storage for doing such a good job. He's one of the main reasons I committed to rent a storage unit there. From the moment I met him I found him to be pleasant helpful professional conscientious and knowledgeable. He was personable and responsible in getting back to me several times while I was waiting for an opening to occur. Just wanted you to know what a good job I thought he does for you people always find the time to complain but they don't always find the time to come in for doing their jobs in an exceptional manner. The management is professional and friendly, they have helped me with a variety of items from cutting my lock when I lost my keys to crediting my account when I mistakenly moved out after my billing cycle.
