Great, clean facility. Process is simple and all online. Office staff was very helpful. Highly recommend.

CONSUMER BEWARE. I will say that the facilities are well-maintained and safe. On-site staff is excellent. However, Extra Space Storage (corporate) will take advantage of their long-time, loyal customers by repeatedly raising your rent until you can't afford it any more. Then you, the loyal customer who just auto-pays your bill every month, go online to see what your options are and learn that you can rent the same size space in the same facility for a whole lot less (even after the promotional period ends). I am currently paying rent on 2 units while transferring my belongings so that I can afford my rent. This makes NO sense and I feel used to the tune of over $1,000. If you rent a space, EXPECT YOUR RENT TO GO UP. AND UP. AND UP. (regardless of fair market rates).

Great customer service from all staff especially Haley, the facility is very clean and secure. I’ve had my storage for over 2 years now and I absolutely have no complaints.will always recommend Extra space storage to all my friends and family.

My entire reservation was done online. Easy and convenient. When we got to the facility I was a little lost on where my unit. The manager Nora was nice enough to help me. Instead of telling me where to go she went out of her way to take me straight to it. It’s been a rough week for me so I appreciated her taking the time to do that.

Our Family just rented a space here at this storage. Absolutely love this place. Norma was absolutely amazing. She made a very stressful situation of moving 100 times easier for us. She was extremely accommodating and was so kind to my children. We ran into a problem with our piano and she went out of her way to help us out with this matter. Our space is temperature controlled! Which is exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this facility and again.so very thankful for Norma who works at the Sylvan Facility.

It's a great storage place. Clean, kept up well. No problems with rodents. Great locks on each unit, security camera's all around. Never had any type of break in to my unit. Has sucure gates and have to have a code to enter. Staff is very friendly and helpful! The reason I left was I didn't need it anymore. I would recommend!

Great customer service! Super nice & very straight forward with everything, not to mention the office & outside area was clean!

Love this storage place!
When I first moved in to my spot, I somehow
miss placed my lock & it was after office hours, so unfortunately I had to leave it unlocked for
the night. I was staying in a hotel & the next morning I called them, explained what happened
& they ran right over & put another lock on my space for me! They're Awesome!

Really great facility not only was it easy and accessible online but the customer service here was outstanding and the storage facility is very well kept and clean, the storage place is actually pretty great as it is but I'm really hoping that they do get the new gate but they were trying to get I think it's for a good cause and it would benefit the storage place for a very very long time

I went in there to collect information, prices etc and I must say compared to other storage places I have checked into this one seems very professional. I spoke with a woman named Rebecca and she was very helpful pleasant and professional. Thank you Rebecca!
