This review is strictly for Julio. I was told my unit was broken into, and the manager wasn't there when he said he would be. I didn't have keys to my unit for months, because new doors were delayed and installed but I never received new keys.
Julio was my hero for the day. He was assisting other customers while handling my frustrations. He went above and beyond. Tried to contact John and had to search high and low for my unit keys. He was calm, polite and professional. I'm glad he was there to help me.

My review for the rest of this place is not 5 stars.

I have been a customer for approximately 12 years at this facility occupying several different units at various times and have found that they consistently hire top notch managing people. John is the current manager and is very professional and pleasant to work with!

We have had our stuff in storage for 3 months. It has been broken into TWICE. What did we get for that? Difficult (almost impossible) to file a claim. Also, they increased our rent from 180 to 280 a month. A loss every month. At least the guys in the office are nice.

I have been storing my things here for over 3 years now. The quality of storing space has been wonderful, it’s cool and dry (not hot and humid like other storage places). I believe my unit to be fairly priced and I have also had really good customer service experience! 10/10 would recommend:)

Absolutely so thankful for this location! John was amazing the entire experience. We were using this location as storage for items of my late mother. The kindness we got and constant communication was unexpected. If I ever have any use for another storage unit, I will only come to this one!

Great customer service! As a college student, employees were so accommodating and helpful while I kept my things in storage over the summer.

Within a month of putting our stuff in here, our unit was broken into. Nothing super valuable was taken, but for a place with a coded gate, cameras all over, and staff on duty much of the time, I don't really understand how this happens. Three months after moving in, they informed us that our monthly rate for a 10'x10' unit would be going from $180 / month to $240. This is a 33% price increase after three months! I have read other reviews saying that the same thing happened to them, so perhaps this is their policy - offer a decent initial price, then jack up the price and hope people are too lethargic to want to move their stuff again. Not us! Finding a new place as soon as I'm back in town. Shady.

Clean place to store your stuff! Friendly staff and easy access. Would have given a 5 star review, but within a year, they raised my rent from $195 to $241! (an almost $50.00 increase!) For someone self-employed as myself, this seems a little excessive.

This storage place is the best. Super fast and convinient to get started. Very clean and well lit halls. All around great experience.

Some thieves climbed a fence, broke into my storage and stole some irreplaceable family treasures. There is no reassurance that it won't happen again.
The people who work here have been friendly and helpful.
