Extra Space Storage, Inglewood CA

I am enjoying the experience of having a storage I can just drive up to. I'm able to put things in and get things out, with no hassle.

I needed an affordable storage Sorry to Say The Staff Broke into my unit estimated cost 9k, inside job storage. I'm so disappointed, no I have to go to claims with only a $2,000 security deposit. No CCTV the cameras were turned down local authorities were contacted and said that this place can't hit numerous times homeless is living inside of the establishments more than just storage it's a big problem I spoke to a Kim Watson which was a district manager she was very helpful but at the same time disappointed and seemed very scared that it was something that was going on inside of their company I need answers still someone needs to pay for this or I'll be forced to go search for an attorney

This is a cool and easy accessible storage facility. No hassle! Richard was so kind and made my experience pleasant. He helped me retrieve access because I forgot! I would recommend this stoar g e facility and they have excellent customer service!

Jasmine was able to resolve a difficult situation with calm amd professionalism. Her customer service is exemplary and she should be commended.

Richard Cesena was so helpful with the issues that I had with getting into my unit. He thankfully came with me to my unit and showed me how to use it after a struggle I was having! Thank you so much he is the best!

We were having some difficulties yet the Customer Service Agent on-site JASMINE made the transition into our storage unit very comfortable with a MAGNIFICENT PROFESSIONAL MANNER!

I wish they didn't think they were renting an apartment to you. I have GOT to get out of this situation. I'm at the point of feeling abused. Their most recent increase was $80 per month. No apartment has ever been THAT greedy. Yes, that's the term I chose. Ridiculous.
