Worst storage unit I've ever used. So dark I can't even see inside, doors are hinky and look easy to break into. Cameras only on outside of building. Super hot inside building. No bathrooms on property.ridiculous!

They inflate prices quick, canceling is horrible 10 to 15 days in advanced tried getting my stuff out because rent went from 90 bucks to 190.was denied. Scam policy
Plus my unit was broken in they ripped the locks off stole items and the insurance is a scam

I was disappointed. I've been shopping around for a storage unit and this company denied me because I wasn't able to make it to a reservation i had made. After charging me, sending me paperwork and confirmation that it was done. Arrived to check the unit to get turned around & denied never received the cancellation or anything. Disappointed ️

Don't use this company. I was robbed of about $10,000 dollars worth of property. The website show security cameras. They don't use them. They said they had no idea who robbed me and had no information. Found another lock on the second door to my unit, and they won't tell me where it came from. Looks like an inside job. Management is making it impossible to get the rest of my stuff out so they can keep charging me for what I need to remove. Management is impossible to trust. DON'T GO HERE!

This place is great! Valifale and the staff at extra space storage are fantastic! They helped us out when we needed to find a place to store some things on short notice they accommodated our needs and requests. Thank you

This place is amazing. Rain at the front desk is very helpful and answered all my questions very professionally, she was not in a hurry with me and made sure I understood all the documents I signed.

Faule was great she had great costomer service answered all my questions and very professional storage spaces are clean and easy access they provide dolly and carts onsight for transport of ur belongings

Jason was the Customer Service Representative who answered my call for help when I was trying to lease my new unit after the President's Day Promotion, and I had an outstanding experience with him. Originally, I tried to use the Rapid Rental Link sent to my email, but kept getting an error message. I also got an email saying that my reservation on the unit expired, so I was worried that I lost my promotional rate. So I called and got Jason who was very professional and helpful. He helped me rent my unit at the promotional rate and answered all my questions and concerns. I was so grateful for his help, because I wasn't able to rent the unit online before the office closed, and I had a truck load of stuff I had to unload. Jason was very friendly and saved me from a lot of trouble and worries. I couldn't have been happier with his assistance.
