Good customer service which I only dealt with on day of move in and move out. Convenient location. Easy access.

Only drawback is raising rates out of the blue. I would still be a customer if they didn't raise rate from $89-> $149. Reason for price increase: "Because we can, deal with it". They at least have 1 month warning. Ok so I moved to a different company nearby.

I ended up finding a unit down the street with for $42 a month. It worked out. If you go with this location, have a backup plan ready to look for better rates.

Brandon is a very kind hard worker who tries his hardest to accommodate your needs. I have 2 units here and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a safe, well kept storage unit.

Super pleased with Extra Space storage. Finding a location and a unit on their website was very fast and easy. Rental rates are competitive and the staff are always helpful and professional.

I've been at this location for over 20 years and today- Tiffani M.went above and beyond with her customer service and really helped me through settling my account which put a smile on my face and some genuine laughter in my day! She still charged me for my storage unit but I appreciate that about her professionalism! Thank you Tiffani & Brandon. You guys are really great

Excellent move in special. I had planed to be using storage short term, this was the best rate for a single month. This was just what I needed. Thank You to your valued employee Rosa who helped me out with rental agreement. She was well informed on rental units and contract. Very good people skills too and professional appearance.

I just got a unit a little over 2-3 months ago and I have to say my experience has been amazing. Every person I’ve met who works here has been so kind and so helpful. I got my key stuck in my lock-a person from a DIFFERENT extra storage offered to come over because my team was on lunch and didn’t want me to wait. I got helped instantly and was treated wonderfully. So glad I have this spot and lovely to speak with kind, hard working people! Thank you!
