Extra Space Storage, Long Beach CA

I got a frustrating notice that my good rate was increasing by 50% in the new year so I called and spoke to Christina who walked me through my options, explained the demand-based price changes, and helped me find a new unit that was a better fit. I was able to pay less and even got a more convenient location. Really appreciate the staff help which is the main reason I decided to continue using this very convenient location. Five stars for Christina; four for Extra Space making rate big increases.

Always helpful and when I needed to downsize my storage the girl at the front helped me do it in the easiest and most cost effective way for me as possible. I’ve been using them for over a year and always feel safe, helped, and convenient.

Great place. I have used other competitors in the past for my storage needs, but Christina was very helpful and knowledgeable.
She went above and beyond to provide me with excellent service.

Got my storage couple months ago Cristina helped me out, I recommend this storage, I will for sure refer this to friends and companies who need extra space.

Said they'd flag my account because I wasn't punching in my code to leave through the front gates. I don't have a car. I don't drive. I leave from the side gate every time I exit and apparently its my fault im not opening up a gate for a car to leave theu when i dont have one to use lol
I told this to Christina before I ever signed up for this place. I call back and get a completely new guy tqlking to me. Jose and Christina both had such attitudes over the phone both times I told them I don't drive. Weird where there priorities are

Used the Kiosk to rent the unit and everything was fast and easy. Only problem was the lock wasn’t available when i arrived so delayed my move a couple hours but was a easy fix when i returned and customer service is top notch. Brian on the phone was super helpful and Christina in the office was on point with service as well. Thanks

Secure, I need to enter my unique code to enter the facility, enter my building and to use the elevator. Great space if you need to store.

Christina has always been so helpful and goes above and beyond! I’ve used this location for storage multiple times and can’t recommend them enough. I’ve also talked with Sean (I think that’s his name) and he was very nice and understanding as well! I’ve never had a bad experience here and will continue to do business here. Thank you guys!

I started with Oscar as my first contact person he was very helpful. Then I spoke with Christina the manager who was amazing. Great, helpful, friendly people!

I want ten stars. Too bad it only goes to five. Jose and Nanette we're really professional and gave the best customer service. They gave me the best deal.

Christina was super helpful and provided detailed info when helping me switch to a different sized unit. Also want to note that this location is always clean and has tons of carts around to help move your stuff.

Extremely helpful when we needed to increase the size of our storage unit at late notice. Very professional, friendly and helpful in all our conversations and willing to work with us to find solutions to our problems.

I rented space from Extra Space and never had any issues. The property was clean and well kept. Customer service was always great. Christina was always so helpful whenever I needed anything.

Very clean, by far the best experience I’ve had with a storage company. I have multiple storages and i had nothing but bad experiences so I decided to give this location a try and after signing up i will definitely be taking my other storages to this location.

Love extra space storage! I used to have a unit back in NY and needed one desperately when I moved to a tiny apartment here in SoCal. Christina made the process super easy and explained everything thoroughly. I just got a new bigger unit this past week and she responded to my reservation within 5 min and helped me with all the paperwork. Super friendly! Highly recommend this location!
