This place made things so simple and affordable. Shannon welcoming, thorough, and friendly.

The girl that I spoke to (I can't remember if her name was Molly, or Holly,) on the phone, was very friendly and was so helpful.

Holly was more than helpful with helping me find the right sized unit for my needs. I highly recommend her and her bright smile to help anyone needing help.

I would highly recommend extra space storage at this location, I had a slight issue today Nothing too major but it was fixed with an employee really fast and she was very helpful 10/10

Extra space was awesome I need a unit it was l on the road and they let me do everything over the phone so i could attend my sister funeral they were excellent

I was happy with my experience at this storage facility. The office girl was efficient and explained everything I had my own lock but wouldn’t fit. Loaned me one till I got my own.

Great customer service I can in to make a payment didn't know my unit number and Holly was amazing she was able to pull up my account with ease. Very pleasant and friendly.

Haven't had a better experience with a storage facility. Their employees have always been helpful but it has drastically improved since Holly started working there. She has been very professional and has even gone out of her way to call and remind me my payment is due when I forget (every month). I recommend this facility and the staff that accompanies it.
