If only the business responded to calls, and emails as quickly as they do negative reviews.

Extra Space Storage is the best storage you will find near Atwater and Winton. The employees there are kind and polite. They treat you like your family. Their office smells really good. I love it. Super clean

I been renting from this place before Extra space bought it, and soon as they bought it I have never received a courtesy call or text and the rent almost doubled within a few months of ownership, now that a auction is coming they have the nerve to give me a courtesy call! They must be from the Bay Area! Crooks!
