I have to say I have been an extra space storage for many years I had to downsize to a smaller unit due to pricing which my storage is in Thousand Oaks. Office was closed so I called and spoke with Gabriella in the Simi valley office and she guided me 100% all the way through to transition to a smaller unit for Thousand Oaks, shout out to Gabriella, she said she was new in training for Simi valley you're lucky to have her on board there, hope she comes to Thousand Oaks.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff was above and beyond. Rachel was especially helpful with addressing any concerns I may have had.

Always a positive experience with Extra Space as I've used the Stearn's location on multiple occasions. A secure and well kept facility that has provided peace of mind.

A huge thank you to Rachel over at the Simi Valley location on Stearns. I had a concern regarding my billing and I was considering switching storage companies because of it. But I thought, “let me call them first and see if someone can help me” Rachel answered and was very polite and told me she would give me a call back after she looked into it. She kept her word, called me back and provided me with an outstanding solution. That made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you for taking the time to help me and provide great customer service. I no longer need to find another storage company. Because of my experience this afternoon, this extra space location is the right company for me.

So I’ve never done storage before and really didn’t know what to expect. I walked into at extra space storage on Stearns in Simi Valley. Dan greeted me right away answered all my questions and gave me exactly what I needed. It was extremely painless and I highly recommend Extra space storage. My space is perfect they didn’t try to sell me but I didn’t need. And the place is very clean with elevators and carts to assist.
