Monica in office was very pleasant and made it very easy for me to rent my unit. Unit was clean, so no complaints thus far.

There was a rough patch a few years ago when the site wasn’t run well but Monica Romo has really cleaned things up and it’s a great place to store your stuff!

Monica was very courteous and very happy helpful great customer service definitely tell people to come back or come here for storage

Monica the manager was Very thorough explaining and making sure that everything was clear to me with pricing and how everything worked.
She gave me different options to consider. She also took very good care to make sure everything thing went smooth for us.

Recently helped a client move her belongings out because her unit was broken into and many valuables were stolen.

According to my client the staff and management did nothing to help her get her belongings back or find the thief (s).

I too once rented a storage unit here and it was broken in to. Many of my items were stolen and the staff did nothing to help.

This particular storage facility has a bad reputation for homeless people living in the units and possibly the ones stealing peoples belongings. Then, to make things worse, nothing is done to compensate the victim and very little has changed over the last 5 years.

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this business.

Monica is the best in the front. She is so helpful and polite. Chris also helps me out quickly with everything I need. They are attentive it’s safe and always being cleaned up. Love this location.

My experience with the Lodi location has been a wonderful one. The staff has been very helpful and informative. I felt I had all my questions answered throughly before and after move in. They have great prices and deals both in office and online. I recommend to store with them!

When I called to find a storage place, I was frantic due to the fact that we were on flood alert. The young lady that answered my call was polite, respectful answered all my needs. To me she is a beautiful young lady.

I was in need of getting a storage unit at the last minute and came across Extra Space Storage. Couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Thank you to Monica for helping me throughout the whole thing from beginning to end. She was so professional and was always there anytime I called. The facility is very well gated and protected. The units are very well taken care of as well. I would 100% go back if I ever need to in the future.

Went on Friday paid for my space and told the lock would be removed that day. I show up the following Sunday with a U-Haul truck full of furniture and boxes as I had to be out of my current space that day. Lo and behold the lock in tags still on the door not removed. Call the customer service number who proceeds to call the on-site manager as well as the backup manager and has no luck. I did receive a phone call from the manager who actually was one who helped me when I purchased the storage she said there’s nothing she can do and can you return the next day. Keeping in mind that I already paid to rent a truck and also had a friend helping me so it’s inconveniencing him as well.so I was then told that the district manager will
be called and some type of resolution would be made. 4 1/2 hours later and still have not heard a thing and doubt I ever will. So now I was forced to get another storage unit at another location which cost me more money out of pocket not to mention additional time for the truck that I rented to move all these items. Bottom line is this company does not care about customer service and obviously don’t value their word. I guess this is why they’re so cheap you get what you pay for. Avoid this business at all costs.
