We walked in looking for a storage unit and got helped by a great associate named JERRY BENNET. He was very helpful and friendly.

First time using extra storage. The process was very smooth. Jerry helps explain the clear details and shows us how to access the storage. He is very calm and polite.

Inside the storage look clean! And have a decent price.

I contacted Extra Space Storage to see if they had a Unit to accommodate Me with a couple of Large Items, a Motorcycle, BBQ Grill, and some miscellaneous Items. I spoke with Gilbert, first, who was very nice, and helpful. He referred Me to Jerry, The Manager, who was, also, nice, professional, and understanding. He told Me to contact Him if I have any Issues, once I move My Items into My Unit, and, anytime after. Jerry went above and beyond to accommodate Me. "Thanks Jerry! I recently moved and needed a place to store my belongings within a few days as a different storage place wasn’t able to help. I spoke to Jerry on the phone and met with him in person soon after. He was easy to talk to, helpful, and polite. He took the time to show me a few storage unit options until we found one that fit my needs. I like being able to access my storage unit and gain entry to the facility from my phone. The bluetooth locks make it easy and secure. So far I’m happy with my decision and would recommend anyone looking for space to check the facility out.

This unit is very clean and organize. Nothing to worry when you come inside your unit. I feel more safe than any other storage out there. The Manager is nice and friendly. Excellent customer service.
