I had to remove my vehicle for several days for their blacktop work, during last Thanksgiving holiday when I was out of town on vacation. More than doubled your price in 18 months. Sorry Im gone!

Spent time in the hospital. Couldn’t make a payment. The upper mgmt decided to stiff me with a $200 extra fine. Then raise my monthly as well. So I vacated as soon as I could start walking again. This people are the worse. They will rip you off. Be sure if it.

Needing a space to store some stuff short term, checked around at a couple of places but found a great spot here for my needs. Site was clean and easy to figure out, Amanda was such a big help for what I was looking for and made the process quick and easy.

The manager made this experience super easy as I have never used a storage company and was stressed out about the process. Would definitely recommend this location as the staff was friendly and the facility was very clean.

If u have any doubt or worries, this is the best place to go. The staff are very helpful and sympathetic to all situation. Amanda is very good at what she does and will have your best interest at heart always.
I don't write reviews, ever.
However, I had a situation financially where it was l that decided to just walk away and cut my loss, learn from this. Because let's be honest, they provide a service, it can also become emotional and they got you bent over a barrell. Who has time to spend packing and moving more than they have to.
Well that's where the phone calls, letters and what have you started. That you had created, I answered the 12th call finally. Owned up my end by paying to vacate at an agreed lesser dollar amount and glad I had, but grateful they had also heard my situation and made something work for both parties. Thanks for your time

Very disappointed on my experience i needed to move out so i went on line and saw that they had contactless system an i can do it all online and all that. It sounded great since i needed it on a sunday.went through the motions on line it took my money so id assume all my info matched my id, so i decide to go to the unit an realized that i didnt get any code emailed or anyyhing so i called in the first rep said it ot takes a few minutes to receive the email but i can give you the info now i said great. So i wrote it down then after packing i misplaced the info so i called back and now the rep said my entrance code is frozen and i have to wait till monday i said i cant cause i had to be out sunday. I askef why first they said there is somthing wring with my id i asked what is wrong they check the info and there was no discrepancies so i i had to figure out what to do so i had to pay mind you im on a strict budget ok its so b expensive now a days. So i go monday see the manager and she cant give me an answer then the unit is supposwd to air conditioned it was like 80+ degrees but i was already behind and so itwas like i had no choice at this point. Cause i couldnt get my refund on sunday they said they cant i have to wait for monday when it was so easy to n take my money online but cant get the refund crazy and not offeres any compensation nothing and no esplanation as to why when i did everything right. Very disappointed.

I've appreciated the courtesy calls I get but this time was different. Thinking I had made a payment prior to a trip, I was surprised when I got a call wondering where my payment was. Needless to say, without the call I wouldn't have known anything was amiss. My rep worked through with me the whole way through and got everything cleared up. Just exactly the kind of call you don't want to get on travels, but she made it as painless as possible.

The place is nice, and clean. However the cost is extremely high. And extra added fees are included like administrative fees etc. 500 a month for a non climate controlled unit is average here.

Great place, staff is very friendly and professional especially the manager Amanda! Highly recommend this place I'd you need storage space.

If you have to store things, which is always a problem, this is definitely one of the better storage facilities in San Diego. The space is relatively secure period and always kept up. You never see any debris or crash more rodent feces. I have stored things on and off there for the last 15 years and never once had a problem. Which is more than I can say for some of the other storage yards in town.

I came in to rent a unit as a secret shopper and Juana Solis Hernandez, the Assitant Store Manager assisted me in renting a unit. She did an absolutely wonderful job in going over all the details to rent the unit. She was extremely pleasant and polite. I thank you Ms. Hernandez for a wonderful experience with ExtraSpace Storage! I will keep your business in mind with any storage needs.

Very informative. I didn't lock my lock one night and they called me several times to remind me to come by and lock my lock for safety. My only concern is it's a bit pricey.

I’ve only just signed my contract with the company but, wow, what a helpful couple of people I’ve spoken to thus far. I was even asked if anyone on the contract was military so they could include a military discount. I was notified there was only one unit in the size I needed and that it was first come first served so I should get a contract in. At first I was skeptical but they made it so that I won’t start my payment cycle until the day I needed it (10 days out), they didn’t have to do that and I’m very appreciative. 5/5 so far.

Great store and great location. If a clean and safe unit is your top priority then this is the place. You can tell the store manager Amanda takes pride in her property!
