To say that Shanie Holguin goes beyond what is expected would still be an understatement. Since moving my belongings from your Orange County location to the Casitas location, she has been a constant support. Covid related circumstances have caused me to downsize dramatically. Ms. Holguin is the perfect representative for your company! She has lifted me up as I attempt to weed through my belongings and begin to move forward. I wanted to commend her for her remarkable efforts to lend and ear and her supportive spirit.

Place is very clean schedule is amazing available before or after wk and with new remote doors can access with your phone highly recommend

Izzy & Stephanie were so awesome at this location! They went out of their way to help me get set up and good to go. Thanks ladies! You're truly gems.

Friendly staff, easy to access my unit b/c all units are on ground level, and there are plenty of dollys around.

Shanie was very nice and helpful! She answered all of my questions and walked with me to show me the location of my storage unit. She went above and beyond!
My storage unit was exactly how it was pictured in the video, that I saw online. And, the location could not be better. I am definitely satisfied!

Stephanie was substituting for the weekend but had such An amazing delightful attitude
She heard some challenges I’ve been facing to pay my bills in time but she helped with encouragement and over looking a Mistake that was communicated incorrectly at another unit

Shania was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting the lock off a storage unit, went above and beyond to assist me. Would highly recommend using this facility!

My sister and I both store at this facility and we love it. Its clean, feels very safe and welcoming, and the staff are such lovely folks. Highly reccommend!

Extra Space Storage is so well maintained, secure and clean. J. J.is super courteous and incredibly helpful. J. J.especially went above and beyond to help me get settled into my unit and even found a greater space for the same money. I highly recommend this place!
