First of all I have been a customer for over 5 years at another location in Northern California and of course they knew this. I was charged an administrative fee. I was expecting the first month free but they find so sorry excuse to deny me. I don't fault the workers who are simply doing their job but I would not suggest you use their business. I will be gone within 30 days plus it's in a unsafe environment.

It is sad when established business treat long term customers worse than new incoming customers. That is and was my experience! They give u a deal to get in, within a few months they inflate your rent to a ridiculous rate causing me to look for a new unit. Fortunately, because I had been there for more than 6 months i qualified for an internet rate. After 3 months my rest went up again causing me to move to a smaller unit. Needless to say, it was cheater for me to do it as a new customer which is ridiculous!

However, I will commend Teresa for good customer service along this not so good experience!

Met with Julian he assisted me with all my storage needs. Explained everything clean and with full understanding. Because I felt comfortable and the price was far, I secured a storage space. A happy customer so far.

Was a great experience with the helpful young woman at the front desk that helped me today find the perfect size unit I needed for my valued belongings. I am very appreciative of their service and continued business.

Teresa was very helpful, friendly and patient. I ended up selecting a larger storage unit which made our moving more efficient and less stressful!
