Mike was very helpful in showing me the different storage units that would best fit my belongings. Also gave me some great ideas on how to store my stuff for better space. I’m leaving soon for deployment he made this simple and easy I recommend anyone looking for a storage unit to come here first and ask for Mike.

Mikes great! Super friendly and helpful. I needed a place fast and he communicated excellently and got me all squared away. Drive up storage is a game changer.

My daughter used the facility to store her items prior to her moving into her new apt. I appreciated that Mike, the manager, was so friendly and helpful with finding her the correct sized unit and at such a great deal! He really cares about people and it shows. We will be returning should we need to store any items as the facility is well maintained, safe, and the customer service is superb!

I've never used a storage facility in the past and did not know what to expect. I incorrectly chose the wrong sized storage unit and Mike, the manager, was able to help me exchange it for a larger unit within only hours of my move! Mike made the transaction easy and seamless. Besides all his help, he is just a genuinely nice guy and cares about his customers. I highly recommend this storage facility because of Mike. I promise you won't regret it!

I have been to many storage locations in my life, but when I first found this location, I knew I had found the mecca of storage zones. Joy and Michael went above and beyond to help get us into a larger unit as we had not realized we needed more space. When I misplaced the keys to my locker, they were more than happy to help get the unit open. The location is extremely clean and I was actually surprised that it wasn’t brand new. Joy is wonderful to work with as she takes the time to explain everything and has a positive and helpful demeanor that made me feel immediately comfortable. With all the storage companies out there, I feel very fortunate to have found Extra Space Storage and in particular this location Thank you Joy and Michael!

What can I say about this location! Clean, convenient, and the customer service, every time I go, Mike greets with a smile and a wave hello, he's accommodating and always friendly!

This place appears very nice and shiny from the outside, but recommend avoiding / looking elsewhere.
1) Steep rate increases: me and my GF have been customers here for about 2.5 years, and they have been ramping the rate up sharply almost constantly since we started. For example, for a 5x8 unit, they currently list a price of $81 on their site, but we currently are paying $123, so expect your rate to rapidly climb after they lure you in with the initial low rate.
2) The lock was straight up changed on our unit (and apparently many others) without notifying us at all. We discovered this after unloading all of our stuff and getting it up to the 2nd floor. In theory we got lucky and discovered this during office hours, but we had to wait about 45min for someone to actually be present at the office. After waiting we were told that notification about the lock change was sent via mail only and that it may have been "lost in the mail". For reference, we get constant text and email communications about the practically monthly rate increases. Pretty basic stuff, we are paying for nothing other than access a tiny pile of stuff from 6a-10p 7 days. If we can't even get that.

Great establishment to keep your stuff! Staff is always around. They are super helpful and Mike is always available for assistance. Will do back 10/10 if I need storage.

This business just called up at 3: 00pm, ON A SATURDAY, threatening my sister with canceling a storage unit she procured last week, because she was unable to complete the emailed contract. She was told originally, that she could sign when she comes in. The payment went through, so why was STEVE, the childish manager, choosing to hang up on her, instead or resending an email, with a better way to sign? Because he is under trained and arrogant. When she requested to speak with the owner, he hung up again. Way to Steve! You really showed the woman in the wheelchair who was boss!

I called in and paid in full, to rent a a unit. I was given the hours of operation and asked to simply stop by the office to sign the lease, during the hours I was provided. Everything was fine. I am uncertain of “exactly” what day I am ABLE TO COME IN, as I am unable to drive to to a physical condition currently. The “manager”, I guess, just called me at 3: 00 pm on a Saturday to ask when I was coming in & when I repeatedly explained that I am uncertain, he threaten to take back my unit, despite it being paid in full. It has only been a few days and the email contract is not functioning properly and I explained this, requesting a different method to sign and besides, I was NEVER told that I had to come in prior to trying to access the unit or I would lose it. Anyway, the rude, little man hung up on me and said I wasn’t going to be allowed to rent FROM HIM. I suppose I will be calling to find out who owns this business, in attempts to save someone else, from this draconian, WEEKEND ATTACK! What a shocking experience.

Nice storage in a nice and secured area. Mike helped us out pick our unit and he was super helpful and amazing! Made the move in process super fast and easy!

Mike is stellar! Very thorough and doesn’t miss a detail! Will be using Mike at Extraspace for a while!
