Very easy to set up. I reserved a unit the same day as I needed it and it was clean with the lock waiting for me inside. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I pay $170 for a '10x'10 and I'm preparing to move out after my experience today. My wife took our children to the bathroom and were given attitude by a woman working. The woman came out of the bathroom and told her, "ya, I hope it stays clean. " I then called to report her attitude to the manager, Jose, and he gave me attitude, as well. There is ZERO accountability at this company. Very upsetting considering how much money I pay them. I recommend renting from another storage space with greater professionalism as this company is sorely lacking!

I had a hard time reading the numbers on the building at night and finding my space but not a huge deal; I was disappointed that the indoor unit wasn’t vacuumed out so I could put my valuables on the floor; otherwise the facility was clean and secure, the dolly a big help

I was working with Jose at the La Quinta office today and he was most helpful, he knew his information quickly, gave me my senior discount, was very cheerful and went over everything one more time as we completed my rental agreement. Looking forward to working with this company.

Jose was so helpful in helping me decide what size unit to choose. He took the time to show me the units and when it came time to move my things in he was right there to help. He is so kind and knowledgeable and made my first experience renting a storage unit pleasant and easy. The storage units are so clean and secure it gives me great confidence that I made the right choice.

Bait and switch price gouging at its finest! My initial experience with the onsite manager Kyle was great but when I renewed my contract I was dramatically over charged for 4 months. The rate was supposed to be $295 but I was charged $330.25. The advertised rate was $278. When I called to have the charged corrected Kyle said he would get back to me. Unfortunately I never heard from him but when I called again I was told that he gave me the $295 for one month but the other 3 would have to be $320. The whole point of paying for 4 months in advance was to receive the discounted rate. When someone from corporate called I was told that she would be happy to explain how promotions work. Not their promotion, but the concept in general. I clearly was not astute enough to understand their marketing plan. I was told that I was attempting to "promote hop" which is extremely unethical. Nothing could be further from the truth. The person who took my payment assured me that if I paid 4 months in advance the rate would be the same $295 that I originally paid. If I only paid for 1 month the rate would be $320 and it could go up again the following month. I agreed to pay 4 months at $295. The only thing unethical is Extra Space's pricing. On-line the price for my unit is now $278 but if you walk in the front door of my location the rate is $391 for the same unit. I was told by corporate that I should be grateful that Kyle gave me the $320 rate he really should have charged me $391 not the agreed upon rate of $295 that was an error. Of course because I am an existing client I don't qualify for the online rate anymore. This they have no problem with at all. I strongly recommend any storage facility other than Extra Space.

Both Jose and Kyle were a pleasure to deal with. The facility is very well run and the staff is conscientious and accommodating. Highly recommend them!
