Extra Space Storage, Roseville CA

I needed a storage space fast, I contacted extra space storage since I’ve used them in the past and I was treated great and felt my personal stuff was secure and safe, my experience with the Roseville location was very easy to secure and the staff was beyond friendly along with providing help with getting my storage space ready, I think Jason went beyond his scope of assistance and I’m very thankful for their help. Extra Space saved me and I’m very grateful.

Awesome experience! Transaction was quick. We saw the storage area prior to purchasing. Everything was explained. Clean & organized area. Michael was great in accommodating and assisting us with our needs. Very friendly & nice. We had a great deal on monthly storage fee.

The guy at this facility, Michael (100 Junction in Roseville CA) is a con artist and extremely rude. (I had just driven all the way from Salem Oregon that day) I reserved a unit and he tried to pull a ‘Bait and Switch’. Thankfully I took a screenshot of what I reserved. He still refused to honor it and gave me a unit exactly half the size for $1 more. As I left I stopped and called corporate, they quickly resolved the issue giving me the size I reserved for the quoted price at their facility on Foothills.
That guy was very, very kind and didn’t talk to me in a condescending manner like Michael did at this facility. The other facility not only gave me what I reserved they also gave me the first month free and a free cylindrical lock because the lock I had was a disc. My advice would be not to EVER rent from this facility on 100 Junction in Roseville. He turned everything on me like I was a jerk for standing up for what was right. He made comments like, ‘This is why I’m divorced and will never get married again’. And ‘If you don’t like it don’t rent here. ’ Etc…. VERY RUDE PERSON! All I wanted was what I reserved, nothing more nothing less and I had to put up with this…unbelievable! Thank you corporate for doing what is right and then some. When you treat people with dignity and respect you get the same in return. But when you try to screw people over then expect them to stand up for themselves, not to just roll over and take it Michael!

Not happy. Gate code doesn’t work and nobody here on Sunday to help. Truck full but I can’t unload it

Process was very fast and the person that checked me in was very professional and got me in and out of there in minutes. Awesome experience.

Michael was very helpful and personable. He gave us great information about the facility and showed several options for storage of a small travel trailer. The rate was also the best one we found.

Password and setup makes it easy. Communications between phone staff and in-person provided a slight complication. Overall, they have everything you need just in case you don't.

Store manager Michael was a pleasure to deal with. Fast, knowledgeable, personable, skilled at handling a golf cart. Facility was clean, welcoming and well organized.

I was moving out of town and needed to store a vehicle for several months. Michael made the process incredibly easy and was helpful every step of the way. He was responsive and knowledgeable. I will recommend Extra Space Storage to those looking for storage or parking spots.

Y’all know I love me some Extra Space Storage so when I needed to, once again, find a storage facility close to me, it was a no-brainer to rent here. First off, all of the offices are always exceptionally clean but this location is prime real estate with its gorgeous big window lol! No, really. You could sit in there all day and just stare out past the beautiful landscaped entrance and watch the city go by.
On top of that, Jason is the coolest! Straight to the point but professional & kind, efficient in providing you what you need when you might not know what you want AND courteous. It’s already a process with moving and storing things, no one needs it to be a hassle or long & drawn out on top of that. I appreciate him getting me squared away so quickly & making sure the unit was what I wanted. Bonus, … if you didn’t know, the units have lighting INSIDE! 1000 points just for that! They’ve always got great deals going on, the best gate hours of ANY storage facility (6am-10pm) and the immaculate grounds keeping/maintenance is top tier.

I recently left a review, but had to edit it since we did end up getting a storage unit from this place due to the great prices and wonderful service! Original review: They seem pretty honest here. Lacy was very helpful in trying to get us the best prices. Very friendly staff! We didn’t end up getting a unit yet but most likely will at this location when we do need one.
