Got kicked out of my house at the beginning of summer. Given I had to be out by the end of the day, I looked for a storage place to fit my whole room among other belonging and personal treasures. Went into this location looking for help, and Rodrigo explain the type of rooms available and what usually fits in them. Gave me a storage room and keys to fit my belongings instead of leaving them in the streets at a price that didnt hurt my monthly pocket. Now, I could continue my casual California living in my new spot, like any other lower middle class, filled with everyday living, corruption, drugs, women, filthy air quality and the occational selfish day to satisfy my soul. I have rented from Extra Space Storage approx. 5 times over the years. All my previous experiences were highly positive.

Now, when I went to the same location recently I first noticed a completely upgraded and very appealung office design from previously.
The new manager - Rodrigo, Jarred has been outstanding and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in explaining to me the different options I have. He has been patient in showing me all the different units that met my needs.
The move in experience has been effortless and I look forward to using their facilities once again.
You cannot go wrong by renting ar Extra Space.

We use to work on a big truck and it was hard to going reverse back on it. Guys didn’t set any markers like “ANOTHER GATES NOT WORKING DURING CONSTRUCTION”. Absolutely bad place!

A great place for storage and supplies. Gated free parking, lots of large and small storage rooms.

Rodrigo is truly a class act with his amazing customer service and people skills!

My baby was feeling unusually fussy when I came in to inquire on the day’s deals, and was screaming at the top of his lungs and throwing his toys at Rodrigo while I was trying to get information on a storage unit.

Despite the racket, Rodrigo maintained his composure and even gave me a discount since I learned he is also a family man!

Excellent service. Appreciate everything the manager has done for me here. I was so mad at this location from a leak. Rodrigo helped me gave me the best guidance, listening skills & is the only reason I am still here. I was furious & Rodrigo as the great asset he is to the company. If he ever leaves, I’m leaving.

I asked if the facility had ample carts so I could move my things in. I was told a cart would be provided all I needed to do was go to the office or call. Did both, no one was there, wasted my time and money. Also they were not transparent with the pricing.

Very good attentive service. Had flooding issues and the manager Rodrigo was excellent in all of his resolutions. Rodrigo is very professional, patient, caring & very very knowledgeable.
