Megan was AWESOME! So helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. When our Plan A didn't work, she came up with other options, including checking with a sister storage facility nearby. We happened to come in when there was a lot going on, and she made everyone feel seen, heard, and respected. Her follow up skills were impressive and included a phone call several hours later. We were tired at the end of the day, but she still seemed to exude energy. The Extra Space facility is so clean, professional, safe, and organized, but it was truly Megan's customer service skills that made us feel completely confident in storing our valuables at Extra Space Storage in Beaumont.
