Good place, friend stuff when you move in.but after few months they will rise your unit rent for something like $100 more.you go to discuss it, they will lower it little bit.but months later they will do rise your monthly rent again.and that time they will do not lower it when you get in the office.they will offer you to move into another unit and promise you that price for that unit will be no changed for 12 months.and after 8 months the monthly rent went up for another $100 more.do not recommend for long time rents.
Overall, they "push" you to leave the good review, when you move in.

All three interactions I had with the ladies that work at the Auburn location in Sacramento were great. They all were very helpful. They explained everything clearly and I even was able to see the size unit I was inquiring about. I feel that my stuff will be safe and I feel the communication with the establishment will professional. Thank you.

The manager Carissa was more than helpful in getting me into a good size unit didn’t try to over price and searched for the best deal for my needs. Awesome customer service highly recommend!

I am absolutely completely satisfied with the superior service I have received from Carissa and Cindy.they totally made me feel welcomed and very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I was a transfer and almost gave up on extra space but Carissa made me change my mind. I was very uneasy as I was off to a rocky start from my last location but if you want extra space this location is definitely the one to go to if you want excellent customer service and conversation.

The staff ladies at the location were super friendly, helpful and so accommodating. Best ones since I have been renting with extraspace storage since 2013, during my military days, since then I don't even research any other storage facility

This is an amazing location! The workers are so helpful and kind. This Aburn location is very clean, (5 star) no complaints. I truly recommend to use this storage facility to keep all your valuables safe too. And i will also recommend all my family. Carissa Reynolds the manager at the Auburn Blvd location was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful in helping my choose the right space. She made my decision easy for me to, and I felt satisfied when I left. She answered all my questions and informed me of the facility that I didn't ask. I will say it again. Left there happy with the rental process.

I’ve rented storage space at a few different places however when I met Carissa and Eddie at the extra space on auburn blvd I knew this is the place I wanted to be at. These 2 employees are the best. I liked this place in the beginning, but they keep raising my rent after 3 months and after my 2nd unit was broken into twice since 1/2023. Now I need to move everything to a more secure place as soon as I can afford to get gone. It's a shame because the property manager is super nice but has no control over the dirtbags that are steeling.
