I decided to rent here for the first time utilizing your company because of the professionalism and friendliness of Shannon. I was so impressed by the way he answered all my questions and make the process so easy. Additionally I feel my possessions are safe due to the safety measures in place which Shannon was happy to explain to me. Very clean facility and the office always smells so clean.

It’s just been perfect. Great location, good hours with accommodating management. Originally it was a quick safe place to regroup, yet on more than one occasion having my belongings there was a go to place for sanctuary to get was needed to weather the storm.

Quick and convenient to rent online. Shannon at the facility was welcoming and informative.

Great Storage Facility!
I’ve stored my items there for 5 years. Anytime I needed help the team was available and very friendly. The facility is always clean and insect free. Anytime I saw spiders they were dead, so it was a relief to know that the facility is fumigated. I’ve had issues with the mobile website when making monthly online storage bill payments. Be careful with it! It will say payment failed when it actually went through and posted on your payment account. But again, when I called the office about the issue they were friendly and very helpful. Also be aware of rate hikes, if you ever have a question about your storage bill increase, call the office and ask for help! They are a great team! Thanks Extra Space!

Shannon was very helpful, we usually take forever at storage unit but we were out quickly. He made sure we had cold water, some snack and showed us the best unit for us. Thank you so much for your help.

I’ve only had my storage unit for 3 months and I received a notice that my rate is increasing to DOUBLE what I’m currently paying. Ridiculous. That price is definitely not worth the small storage unit that I have. Their website is offering that SAME storage unit for far less, doesn’t make sense at all. According to their website, I can get a much larger unit for LESS than what they increased my rate to. I definitely don’t recommend renting a storage unit here.

Outstanding customer service super clean facility, very safe, extremely professional staff

All my contacts with staff have been very satisfactory and I have found them to be very helpful. Since Extra Space purchased Fox Farm Storage, however, their immediate and aggressive rate increases have been very difficult to digest. Whatever the market will bear is clearly their operating methodology.
