Eduardo y rubia are really good, Jocelyn sometimes, thank you for everything and I appreciate all of the help. The site is always fantastic and the prices are decent. I would say don't go to the office when Val is there, prefer Jocelyn Ed and rubia!

Honestly what an experience! So smooth and they truly help you understand units and how they work, easy rules and great staff, most importantly Jocelyn! She's amazing and she's the manager there so ask for her, she's great.

I've had storages units in other areas and I have to say this particular location is an A+ and that is due to the manager Jocelyn. She is very efficient and keeps the property super clean.there's never been an issue with any of my storages. I rent three units all clean no bugs no rodents no water damage. Paperwork runs really smoothly with Jocelyn she helps you understand everything. Friendly clean and just a great location what more can you ask for.

Update**** 8/23. Jocelyn is only nice, thorough and “professional” when you’re a new tenant. She will “suggest” for you to put out a positive review to make her self look good. I’ve been here almost a year now. She’s rude, not friendly and has attitude. Total 360 turnaround. Not even a “good morning or good afternoon” when she sees me nothing and she’s the manager.
The only friendly guy is the large Hispanic dude.

Jocelyn is always amazing I have gotten multiple units here & she always us the biggest help! Can't recommend enough!

Jocelyn Alvarez was extremely helpful and informative. She efficiently got me in and out of there in record timing which I appreciate because I’m so busy. The promises as well as inside of both storage unit and office were all very clean, I feel safe leaving my valuables here, the office smelled great as well)

Randomly increased my monthly rate by 100 without notifying me (complete breakage of lease agreement) and as I called to figure out why I was simply told that it happens based on market value. Completely ridiculous.

I’ve been renting here for a few years and just upgraded to a larger space on the same lot. Ask for Jocelyn she’s been great to work with!

I feel very good about using the verdugo St.extra space storage, I have used them for a few years now since I had a fire in my home. And now my sister has moved here and will be buying g a new home so we have the contents of her home in storage. Val has been my go to person for awhile now and always takes care of me efficiently and in a friendly manner. I feel my belongings are safe and secure and really appreciate the courtesy and consideration.
