Extra Space Storage, Los Angeles CA

So far the building is clean and very large.the staff is pleasant. Check in was quick. I can't beat the price. I will keep my fingers crossed that it will stay this way for awhile.the only thing that kinda worries me are the ", unhoused" hanging around outside. I have had I couple run ins with them. I know this is out of extra space power.just be aware people

Cindy saved the day. Not only did she give me a courtesy call but when she realized I had already moved out of the space and had a new one and the clerk simply failed to do his job and input the move out in the system she investigated and corrected everything. I am so grateful to not have to jump through hoops to prove I did all the right things at move out she did the work for me and corrected everything. She was nice and pleasant the entire time. I am beyond appreciative!

Nora was the best. She stayed late to make sure that we got everything moved into the storage. She was patient and kind. The unit is clean and the perfect size for what we needed

Went in today to check out the facility first before consider renting. Very clean place and awesome customer service! Jose was very friendly and patiently showed me several unit and sizes. I’ll definitely return in a week or two and rent a unit. Thank you! Annie

Wasnt what i expected was tricķed into a space i though would be in the first floor so make sure you know what your getting before getting it

Mario was such a great help by coming up with a solution for an issue that popped up that would have delayed our move-in and would have forced us to take more time off work to move in. He came through with a solution to smooth the way. Thank you, Mario!

I rent a unit at this place and they only have one cart for the entire facility, that is ridiculous as much money I pay monthly $317.00 is not our fault they keep stealing the carts, they really need to keep track of their inventory. Or ask customers for I. D in order to get access to get a cart.

Never has carts. Charged me for a lock then didn’t want to refund it until I told them the email states if we don’t use it, we get a refund. Which wouldn’t have been an issue if they never even issued the lock in the first place. Just felt unnecessary to explain.

José, was real helpfull on making everything so easy for me to do the transfer from one unit to the other

Can't wait to be done with these people I hate the hours are not later and I don't like the fact they don't have programs where you can get your payments lower

Sooooo happy to have found this location! I viewed 3 different properties & this location was by far the best! I instantly started my rental for my storage unit. I was assisted by two of the most helpful agents. Nora & Nicholas! Very grateful for their quick, efficient, honest and valuable assistance. I originally was looking to rent for only 1 month however I believe I will stay longer. I am grateful for the help they provided. Nicholas was very accommodating and assisted with every thing I needed in detail. I recommend to rent a storage unit at this location if you are in need of one!

My experience with Life Storage was very nice! Hours of operation was pretty good to workaround, and access to my unit was easy to locate. Nora and Cindy were good representatives for providing me best options for my situation and to remove all my belongings.
