Gracie is very helpful and pleasant each time I call in and I’m glad she’s there for us! I’ve been a longtime customer for around 15 years with multiple units. Julie has also been very helpful over the years. The reason I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to family and friends is because it’s safe, clean, well maintained, they have choices between climate controlled units or outside units, and their team has always been very helpful! They also take precautionary measures during this unprecedented pandemic! They take pride in what they do and they always have people onsite to keep the units safe! The location is clean and the units are clean. They have recently installed a program where you can gain access to the facility through your phone, which is awesome, especially during this time of keeping your hands extra clean! I would highly recommend this location!

We went in today looking for a storage unit after viewing an online rate. Kevin was there to help us out. He gave us some options that would well with what we needed. Showed us the unit and go us the unit within or less than an hour. The whole process was fast and efficient. I have been using ESS for several years. They have excellent service. The whole place is neat and clean. Rithy and Lynn are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this storage facility if you live in the neighboring area.

The location that I had was an outdoor unit that was inadequately lit, hard to get into, and dusty. I am scheduled to receive the balance of my rent 10 weeks after I vacated my unit.
