This was a very full-on day. Left San Francisco at 6: 30am and returned at 10pm. But it was totally worth it.
First, the negatives: we had to swap busses as there was a fault with our vehicle. And I would say the bus wasn’t especially comfortable for such a long journey. The change of vehicles was carried out very quickly, however. But despite those issues, I’ve still given 5 stars as it was a very enjoyable day.
The scenery at Yosemite is mind-blowing. Really stunning. It was a place I’ve wanted to see for a long time and I was not disappointed.
I have to mention our driver/guide Rob. He kept us informed and entertained throughout the day and really did his best to make it a memorable day. Thanks, Rob!
I would strongly recommend this tour. It’s a long day but definitely worth it.

Gino was amazing on the Yosemite day tour! Very good safety precautions for everyone and a solid schedule. Even with the snowy weather we got to see some amazing views.

Kimy was a great hostess, knowledgeable, friendly and with a great sense of humor. We truly enjoyed this tour.

The stops were great, the bus needs significant improvement with the suspension system (incredibly bumpy experience), but the stand-out part that left us with an overall negative impression of the whole experience was the brashness of the guide. The tour guide, Kimmy, should receive some training on tact and peaceful interactions with guests.

Awesome tour! Muir Woods was breathtaking and the wineries were perfect. Our guide was very informative and loads of fun. I highly recommend the Muir Woods and wine tour. Kimmy was the best.

My husband did the Muir Woods & California Wine Country Tours. Unfortunately Muir Woods was closed due to the weather. Kimmy was our driver/host & she was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable about San Francisco/ Wine Country. She’s hilarious, kind, and patient. Definitely recommend!

I would give Extranomical Stars. The bus driver was kind enough to drop me, my wife, and my mother-in-law with bad knees straight to our hotel after the tour. Great customer service! Thank you for a great experience!

Fantastic Tour - I booked the Muir Woods/Wine Tour for our anniversary trip. Alberto (I believe) was a great tour guide, funny, and very informative. I would highly recommend!

An excellent trip I would highly recommend to anyone visiting San Francisco. Our guide, Rob, was full of information about the local area and was very attentive to the needs of the passengers

Had a great trip. The Redwoods in the Muir Woods forest was tremendous to see. The guide (Don) gave all sorts of relevant details about the area. We had 3 trips to different wineries (1 Napa and 2 Sonoma). Would have preferred to know which wineries would be visited when the tour is booked.

The excursion is well worth it. A full day experience. Pick up in the morning was on time. Time well spent. The guide was friendly and attentive. I recommend booking the tour with lunch included to make the most of the lunch hour.

The tour we took going to Napa Valley was amazing! The tour itself was beautiful (especially since we took a tour of Muir Woods as well) but most importantly we LOVED our tour guide Kimmy! We were so so lucky to have her for the full day - she seriously made the trip 10x better for us! I wish I could see Kimmy everyday haha she made us laugh and made the group feel super comfortable with each other! 1000/10

Don was a great guide. The visit to Muir woods was rather short, about one hour. The first winery was best because it was in the middle of their vineyards. We could have skipped the second winery (not the third) and have more time in Muir Woods?

This is a good day trip if you want to hit a view iconic locations without the hassle of driving and planning. You can say you’ve been to Muir Woods, Sonoma and Napa Valley all in one go. The vineyard tours are not immersive and ultimately you just try a few wines and jump back on the bus.

Our guide Randall was pleasant and insured everyone was well taken care of throughout. He made the tour enjoyable

I do no recommend this tour if you want to actually explore a vineyard, taste several wines, and get a deep understanding of wine making or even the particular vineyard you’re visiting.

We booked a day trip to Yosemite from San Jose. We did the reservation with an associate with them. Even though the associate was helpful in doing the reservation she didn't mention that we have to take a shuttle to Livermore first from the hotel. I was asking about the bus and steps multiple times because I was booking this trip for my mom who has real difficulties walking and climbing steps due to acute arthritis. It was really hard for her to move from one bus to the other. I don't think it was ok to not mention this. They even confirmed many times that the front seats will be saved for her and us. There was nothing like that and the driver didn't even know. He was not comfortable moving anyone.

I should still mention that the driver Rob was really nice to us and everyone. He dropped us near the lodge so she doesn't have to walk too much. He stopped everywhere as per the tour and was taking pictures for everyone. Even though the first shuttle ride was bumpy due to bad suspension the next one was better.
