I walked in to cash in my lottery ticket and the the clerk named Rene was extremely rude from the start. He tossed the ticket back at me and asked me to scratch it. I didn’t know what he meant so I asked him then he showed me another lottery ticket and the barcode that he needed to see. Then he made a comment of saying you should know since you play. I ended up not cashing my ticket because it was expired. It seems like this man Rene has a chip on his shoulder and really hates his job.

Worst attention in the world. I never got insulted by an employee before even starting the conversation. The idiot of the employee assumed I didn't know spanish and insulted me in spanish while asking me questions in English. Worst of all he doesn't even know how to do math to return the right change

I paid with cash here and tried to see that the amount was a credit card amount and it didn't work for DC. I went back and asked and they yelled that it would change soon and made a fuss. A person I know paid $100 in cash and gave me $50 more. When I went to the bank, it was fake. It was fake money. He asked me why I didn't go and confront him. I thought he would get away with it as time went by, so I just left it at that. De man, you’re in a bad mood.

Had a Exxon Mobil gift card I was planning to use for gas. The card reader in the pump did not read the gift card. When I went in to ask the cashier about using the gift card, he immediately said “no” and pretty much ignored me…didn’t even give me a reason why. It just doesn’t make sense why I can’t use a gift card for Exxon Mobil at a Exxon Mobil gas station. He was very rude and inconsiderate.

Broke down right here. New Years Eve. 2022. Wow what a way to bring in the New Years. My starter went out on me. In all the places. In the middle of a desert OASIS.and it was freezing COLD.but the Spirit made sure I got to my destination and was also able to tow my BMW750 Li back home. Wow

The absolute worst! This place is a scam! Do not go here! I went to the pump and tried it twice and it wasn’t working. Once I had to cancel the transaction and then the second time it told me to go inside to the attendant. I assumed it just wasn’t working or I entered my pin wrong. I go inside get my $20 gas and leave. They then charged me a $10 declined transaction fee! For which my bank can’t do anything! My bank told me to go to the gas station and the attendant told me it was a hold. It is NOT it cleared I told her over and over. I ask for a corporate number and she gave me the number for credit cards! I knew when she gave me the number that this is a franchise and she was just trying to get rid of me. So I then had to look for EXXON mobile corporate number myself! I called corporate and they told me call my bank and I am again told that it technically isn’t fraud! (Even though they agreed it’s shady.) I am sure they do this all the time and people just give up because it is only $10 But I am not one of those people. I will be calling EXXON corporate again and filing a case. Double check your bank statements after you go here. The cheap gas isn’t so cheap after all.
