Wait is horrible 160 for a funky walmart style exam 3 hour wait now it's 4: 30 they close in 30 2 people ahead what kinda of 3rd world joke is this place so I get seen for 1 min or what for $160 0 stars

We really enjoyed working with Lloyd B. Getting our baby girl the perfect purple glasses! Highly recommend if you need some glasses for you or your child!

Several years ago, I had a very specific eye problem and was referred to Eye Medical Center of Fresno. I received excellent, prompt care. Since then, as more problems arose, I have been back including a hole in the back of each eye, two cataract surgeries and now two secondary cataract removals. The doctors and care was top-notch. Fresno is lucky to have such a first rate facility available.

They are doing the best at masking, social distancing, and responding to other pandemic guidelines. Great team of doctors and staff. Appointments are in high demand. Must book about a month in advance. Helpful to call for any cancellation openings to be seen sooner.

Great doctors and staff, but a very long wait time. I only see my opthalmologist for maybe 10 minutes, but I have to sit in the waiting room and wait to be seen for 1-2 hours.

Dr Gaede is an A****** horrible experiment as soon as i sat down to get a eye exam (which i didn't even get one) he was rude from the beginning. I go up and walked right out and left will NEVER go back again or refer anyone there!

Great experience, I have been to other eye centers and they were never as thorough or pleasant to deal with.

As in the past the entire staff was excellent, really customer friendly. The appointment went off without a hitch with all testing easy and efficient. My discussions with Dr. Bertolucci were informative and supportive. This practice receives my highest recommendation.

Dr Bertolucci is the best. Been taking my kids and wife to him for all over 10 plus years and trust him very much. Staff is always polite and respectful Lisa is the best after surgeries that my son had to help us in the problems we've had from my kids getting sick from the mess. Keep up the great work.

Love this place. Very professional staff both up front and doctors. High quality exam and a good laugh for $10-, can't beat it. Dr. Gaede is a kick and I look forward to seeing him once a year.

Visit was awesome, Dr. Bertolucci is excellent in his knowledge, skills and ability to communicate with me.

The Eye Medical Center staff were courteous. Dr Thinda was excellent in explaining what was going on with both my eyes and took time with any questions both my wife or I had. Would highly recommend them.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, If I asked a question, I received my answer immediately. Questions about my treatment was answered and I felt comfortable with Dr. Bertolucci. My questions about my insurance was answered promptly and Authorization was apply for yesterday April 16,2019 and approved today April 17,2019 for treatment on April 23,2019. My experience here with the staff and Doctor was exceptional as usual. They are always quick and sanitary cleaning the equipment between clients. Dr. Bertolucci saved my eyesight.

The staff was very cordial n efficient.

Me and my husband have been going to EyeMedical Center Of Fresno for years and we would not change for any thing. His Doc is the best, and so is mine

As usual both the staff and the doctors are awesome! I saw Dr Kinney who was delightful and Dr Mendoza who I can not say enough about, he is a wonderful doctor!

I was expecting to wait an hour before service. Instead, I was tested, etc, and then saw the physician. All staff friendly, informative and helpful.

The staff was very helpful answering my questions. Dr. Bidar was kind and he explained things so I understood. I didn't feel 'rushed' (like many doc appts can feel). Margo was helpful and professional, she went over my insurance benefits, what I could expect, what was covered and not covered. Great team of professionals here!
