EYE PEOPLE Optometry, Montebello CA

I've been purchasing glasses here for years and always received great service until recently. Staff and office management has changed and you can see it in the decline of quality service. They also grossly mark up the prices of their frames, which I think may be a violation. When I asked why sunglasses cost so much more than retail, I was told, "that's just our prices. " I won't be returning.

OPTOMETRISTS ARE REALLY NICE AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING. THE STAFF IS ALSO VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. BEEN COMING HERE FOR MANY YEARS AND ALWAYS BEEN GREAT.

Very friendly. Very helpful. I had no appt and was seen right away. Didn’t know what insurance I had. They looked it up and found it for me.

I took a set of frames in and requested my prescription to be filled.
I had no issues and I look forward to receiving my new glasses.
The process to make sure the prescription is correct was wonderful as well.
The staff is always great too.

I love going here. They have helped me with my scleral lenses and dry eye problems dealing with Sjogren's syndrome. They had current and up to date information and equipment that help to fit me with my lenses.

If I can give 10000 stars I would. I’ve been coming here for years and I wouldn’t make a change (unless my dr leaves then I’ll follow her lol). They treat their patients with kindness and compassion. I even brought my bf here and he ended up liking the care provided after going to several different places and being treated like a transaction. A few years back, I was having abnormal vision problems and my dr was persistent on getting my eyes checked by a specialist as there was a deeper problem. Eventually I was diagnosed with a tumor and multiple sclerosis (not that it’d happen to anyone but for her to ensure I do the proper follow ups and care, I can’t thank her enough as we caught it in time to begin treatments) To this day I’m thankful for her in pushing me and checking in on me just even as a human being bc it was a tough and scary situation but she was just overall being a sweet and caring dr to me. If you want drs who truly care bout you and your well being, come here.

Great customer service.love their selections. Explain with detail what's best for my prescription. Thy honor there lens warranty, no question asked. Overall great service beginning to end.

I would recommend Eye People to everyone, very nice eye doctor’s, their assistant’s are helpful and the facility is very clean!

The doctors are very good, knowledgeable and very thorough with seeing a patient. The only drawback is that there are no big selection in frames.
