Been coming here for many years. Staff is super friendly and doctor is thorough. They carry some very nice, high quality frames and they are great at helping you select the right pair. Trunk shows are always fun to attend when possible.

My visit to Eye Q was very pleasant as everyone from the clinicians to the front desk made me feel comfortable and supported. I was treated with the utmost professionalism and was able to address my ocular needs and choose frames that suited my face and my style.

Staff was very nice and helpful. They even have a guy who will help you pick frames, David, he's great. Will be going back next time I need somebody to look at my eyeballs.

Nice facility and nice people, but more importantly I was seen on time and thoroughly evaluated. They (staff and Dr. Shen) did quite a number of things to assess my vision, more than I had ever had done before. I went after my dog chewed up my glasses that I just got 16 months ago and planning to get new glasses and spending some money, like $700-800, but turns out that 1) my prescription hadn't changed that much and, 2) they repaired the old glasses at no charge and they work just fine. So, pretty happy.

I’ve been a patient at Eye Q for over 12 years! There is a reason I keep coming back. Even now that I have moved over the hill I make the drive to Santa Cruz every year to have my eyes examined. All the Optometrist here are amazing and genuinely care about their patients.

I have seen Dr. Noel twice in 3 years and he's both thorough and informative, as well as personable. I like the Eye-Q shop and eyeglass selection better than other places and I believe Eye-Q may be cheaper than others. If you don't see eye-to-eye with your optometrist, you should consider Eye-Q.

I've been coming here since they opened in 2000, it's always been a great place in town to come in for an eye exam and purchase contacts or glasses. I'm pleased as punch with the addition of Dr. Dana Richter as she is quite thorough, pleasant, and fun even while I'm asking a bunch tangential questions. Thank you!

Great service. Dr. Noel Krok is great. He is always very attentive and concerned for my eye health. I've been a customer for about seven years +/-. I like the fact that they match pricing for contact lenses. My experience so far is very positive.
