Dr. Adams is excellent. She's friendly, efficient, and makes the exam experience pleasant.

Dr Borba is the best. She explains whatever she is doing and will answer all questions. She is professional and friendly and always has a smile.

Eye-Q used to be a place where you found compassionate care and great doctors. Now they have zero regard for how your treated or the patient experience. I had an appointment at 9: 35 AM. I got a text to check in so I did so and paid my copay. I sat for an hour and finally went to the desk to cancel my appointment as I couldn't wait any longer. I was told I had never checked in so I had to show my phone and credit card to prove I had in fact checked in and paid my co pay. I drove over 4 hours to be here on time. I used the method requested of Eye-Q to check in and yet it was a me problem that it didn't work. Was told to reschedule or I could wait around to see if I could be worked in. Sad when a patient does as asked and has to prove they aren't lying. Waits are ridiculous here to begin with. If you value how you're treated and your time this isn't the eye doctor to visit. I'd highly recommend looking for an Eye Doctor that values the customer experience and care as those values no longer exist at Eye-Q Vision centers.

Borba has always been very good at explaining and administering the exam process. Great attitude and very upbeat. Pleasure to do business.

Doctor Adams and staff were friendly and professional. I removed a star because the routine annual appointment took 2 hours. 1.5 hours of waiting time. I'd prefer less waiting and more "Seeing".

First time I went to this office for an annual checkup along with my son, it took a total of 2 hours including waiting to be seen, shuttled from one room to another for different eye exams, getting seen by the doctor and finally trying to pick the trial contact lens which annoyingly they were out of. Second appointment for the contact lens fitting and it took them 45 minutes just to see me. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

From the front desk to the doctor herself everyone was very professional friendly and made me feel comfortable. I arrived a little early and there was no problem I was seeing earlier than my appointment all the procedures were explained as they were being done and results are given to me immediately.

Dr. Adams was lovely! Very efficient knowledgeable and soft-spoken! I appreciated her care and concern with asking me questions and I can’t wait to see her again next August. Also the nurse that works with her was very sweet also! She made me feel very comfortable, and was very efficient and the overall experience there was much better than last time! I was in and out in 25 minutes
