4Took my roommate to pick up his glasses and t H e glasses are not right so they had to redo them still not right. Expensive to. He has to have his eyes reexamine d. Hope the 3rd time is a charm.
If you're a veteran forget it. They say tricare friendly but not. Fought with them for over a year to get a simple eye exam covered and they can't even bill it right. The doctor wad great but that's about it. Staffing was sub par and billing even less.

Salvador was by far the best customer service representative I've ever dealt with. Another eye care group had given me the run around and so had my insurance company. Salvador called both and worked it out. It was a very difficult situation and he really went above and beyond. Peace
