3I went in to have my brows threaded. The girl suggested I have my brows tinted as well to cover the gray. Sounded like a great idea so I said sure. She never got off the phone the entire time she was working on my brows. She added the tint and let it sit for 10 minutes or so and as she was wiping it off she then asked do you want medium or dark? I said medium, since I’m blonde. Of course I already had the tint on for 10 minutes. She tinted my eyebrows jet black. I have tried everything to get the tint off and nothing has even faded them. Very disappointed. If she could’ve just hung up the phone and paid attention to what she was doing and discussed color with me before dying them black I would have left a happy customer. It’s rude to be talking on the phone when you have a customer in the chair. Your customer should always be your top priority.
Thinned our my eyebrows and did it quick so I could leave no costumer connection my eyebrows look so bad
