Eyebrow Shapes Plus, Riverbank CA

I've been going to Sabi and her sister in law since I was 16 (I'm 26 now). She and her sister in law have always done my eyebrows well until recently, Sabi's sister-in-law made them dramatically thin, and she tried telling me that they were not thin at all. I told Sabi what had happened her words to me were "I'm sorry can't do anything now" which basically the same thing as saying I don't care in my opinion. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. So it's clear that being a loyal customer for so many years means nothing to Sabi and her sister in law. Will never go back!

Left bumps under my brows for weeks that started looking infected! Went here and the McHenry location for years but never again.

I went in & the lady was rushing to leave so she did my eyebrows as fast as possible.messed my shape up & cut me.unbelievable they are charging for a service they don’t want to do.

I was very hesitant to go here based on the reviews, but I decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt. I will start with when I walked in the place was neat, however the smell was very unpleasant, almost of garlic smell, I did feel nauseous with the strong unpleasant scent. There was one lady behind the reception area. She was very rude, and short with the way she would talk to me. She would give me directions, but in a demanding voice, this sucked because it was very unwelcoming and very unpleasant for someone who has never been there (new customer) and for someone who has never done eyebrow threading before almost intimidating and a feeling of not knowing what to expect or do. Instead of her guiding through the directions she was just mean. She asked me if I was there for a clean up, I told her yes, and also to shape my brows because I did grow them for two months to get them clean and even. She proceeded to threading my brows and literally finishes in 5 minutes more or less. She finished and brought the mirror in front of me all of a sudden everything was very quick didn’t really give me a chance to study the brows. I then went to pay and left. Once a got in my car I noticed the brows where very thin and very uneven. This sucked because like I said I had grown them out for two months. One was botched the other one was ok. I’m never going back. I should have listened to the other reviews, I just hope my experience helps other people.
