I went in today, I kindly ask the staff lady if I could wait in my car she said yes. When I saw that it was my turn, I went in there and there was another customer, she got upset because it wasn't her turn. The staff lady told her it she was going to be fast, she rushed to do my eyebrows and did them all wrong. I will never come back here again, you have to give all your customers the same respect and time. Let them know there is someone else in line, or she should've told me to wait there instead.

I've been going to Sabi and her sister in law since I was 16 (I'm 26 now). She and her sister in law have always done my eyebrows well until recently, Sabi's sister-in-law made them dramatically thin, and she tried telling me that they were not thin at all. I told Sabi what had happened her words to me were "I'm sorry can't do anything now" which basically the same thing as saying I don't care in my opinion. Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience. So it's clear that being a loyal customer for so many years means nothing to Sabi and her sister in law. Will never go back!

I’ve been going here on and off since 2017 whenever I’m in town to get my eyebrows threaded. There usually is never a wait and it’s quick and fast. I always make sure to specify that I just want a clean-up, no actual shaping as I do not want thin eyebrows. They do a decent job every time.

Prices have gone up. Back in 2020, it was $14 after tip for eyebrow threading, now it’s about $20 after tip.

The tech was very rude but did an awesome job. My eyebrows never looked so good. I’m so happy with them, I could deal with rudeness.

I paid for brow threading and henna to shape them. I have had my brows done in this way by several shops and have never had the artist not able to shape them well. They filled them in with one starting half way over my bridge of my nose. I asked her to fix it several times and after she clearly wasn’t going to be able to do it properly I asked her to just wash it off. I didn’t want to look like a clown for two or so weeks while it faded as I am starting a graduate program, so I wanted to look and feel my best, which was also mentioned to the artist. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I didn’t have much to spend but saved so I can feel good on my first day and had that taken from me from a greedy unskilled artist who was talking to someone while working on me instead of looking at her work. Save yourself the $50 and don’t go here. These are my natural brows and should not have been hard for a skilled artist.

Left w a bloody nose and a scarred eyebrow. I ONLY thread my brows and this was my worst experience. Went here for the first time ab 3 weeks ago, was seen by Remi & I told her before we started I had makeup on my brows so she could remove it. She didn’t. She jumped right in and 5 seconds in she ripped my nose ring out w the thread. All she said was “sorry”. Didn’t even offer to discount anything. When I get to my car and see my eyebrows are a MESS I called in and she said she would fix them when I came back in. I have a white scar under my brow from her going too hard and no hair is growing back which wouldn’t be an issue if she hadn’t messed them up so now they’re lopsided and not growing. Never coming back.
