My appointment this afternoon went very smooth. Frank the store manager checked me in. Judith was detailed and efficient in her pretesting. Dr. Witkowski reviewed my prescription and made some changes that were better. KrisJane filled out all the paperwork and took my measurements for all my new lenses (3 pairs of glasses) and recommended transitions which I look forward to trying! Thank You

Great service from entering the store through to the exam with very attentive service and accommodating to requests and finally to the final check out.

I have to admit that I was a little bit hesitant because we did have a bad experience at another location a few years ago, but my son's glasses broke beyond repair and we needed to go somewhere that we knew we could get glasses fast. I must say that my opinion has completely changed and we had the best experience today with everyone on staff especially Ramiro. You can tell that Ramiro really takes pride in what he does and wants everyone to end up with glasses they love and that fit properly. I wish I had the other employee's name who was working today because she was wonderful as well even though there was a customer or two there that were not the nicest to the employees, in my opinion (there was definitely a Karen sighting), but everyone on staff was polite and professional and kept everyone moving along. Very happy with our experience today. My son is very excited about his new glasses and we will definitely be back!
