I was astounded, the staff was courteous and accommodating. And this was counting their expertise which was amazing. This was the most thorough eye exam I had ever had.each part was explained and the doctor I feel went above and beyond.

PHENOMENAL care. My son has severe keratoconus and needed scleral lenses. Dr. Fuerst took the time to make sure his prescription was correct, even needing to order a second pair at no cost to us. He was extremely caring, and very thorough. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and willingness to make sure everything was spot on.

I am already responding to the chat I had with staff. She outright refused to bump someone even when she bumped me after waiting 2.5 months then booked me another 2.5 months out. When people have major problems they can't continued to wait. I sought this doctor out and had very high hopes and thought he was the answer to my problem. But I got the big old NO we can't help you. You have to wait another 2.5 months.
I have been waiting to find someone to care for me since 2019 and I finally found who I thought would be great and I was refused as I was walking out the door to take my almost 1.5 hours drive to get there. I just don't see what there is to talk about because there are no appointment's available for 2.5 months. All she said was I'm sorry well what did her sorry get me. She was the one who made the mistake. Perhaps if I someone would have had the decency to call me sooner I could have got in sooner. She didn't care why should I believe the rest of the staff cares.
This Doctor's office is a mess. I called the beginning of July to make an appointment and got one for Sept. 7th. I live a substantial distance away so I have to leave early. Mind you I am going to drive 1.5 hours for this visit after waiting over 2 months. I received a call as I was leaving my house that the person was sorry and she had booked me wrong and had to cancel my appointment. I rearranged my business schedules (lost money) I had to hire someone to house sit all day as we have animals that can't be left alone. And they DID NOT CARE. All she could say was i'm sorry. Well what does their i'm sorry get me? Then to make it even worse, they scheduled me for November another 2 months. She didn't even try top bother to boot someone else's appointment. She said she couldn't do that. Well she had just did it to me. I asked her if the doctor knew about this and she said yes. Horrible thing to do to a person who has a very bad eye problem. And what's worse they didn't care. So all together I would have been waiting for 4 months to see him. I really did not want to see anyone else and that is why I waited to 2 months in the first place. Now they expect me to wait 4 months? I don't think so. Who else do they do this to?
Needless to say I canceled my appointment and am going to San Francisco to a specialist down there.

I LOVE this place. I hate getting glasses but Dr. Randell Fuerst is awesome! The staff is wonderful and helpful. I make sure I tell all my friends and family!

Very happy employees from front desk to the eye tech and even doctor Randy. Also, woman that helped me with both contacts and new glasses always had an answer. Never said I don’t know or let me check. Always knew the answer and was even very knowledgeable with my insurance coverage and how it worked when buying new glasses.

Dr. Fuerst is very kind, caring and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain things and goes out of his way for his patients. I feel very cared for after leaving his office. I have moved but travel quite a ways to still get great eye care because of Dr. Fuerst.

I'm a Marine Corps veteran and I go wherever the VA sends me for my annual eye exam and I am extremely glad that they sent me to EYEcenter. The office is neat and clean and all the staff that I encountered were pleasant and professional and considered of my time, in less then 5 minutes after I checked in I was led to the back to begin my exam. My eyes were thoroughly examine and Dr. Rappa clearly explained everything and answered all my questions. I hoping, that next year the VA will send me back to EYEcenter.

The care at this eye place was wonderful. Oh my gosh the doctor was very informative about my eye and I ordered a pair of beautiful glasses. I have no complaints.

Dr Fuerst and his staff are amazing. We have been patients for 40 years and have NEVER been dissapointed in any aspect of their service. From basic glasses to vision therapy for our children, every encounter has been exceptional! Kind, compassionate and professional!

My experience was awesome! The staff was very helpful and the technology used is very impressive. They have scans for your eyes that help them take a better look @the health of your eyes. They were very helpful with helping me choose the right optical choice for myself (contacts), and even gave me a free 10 day trial of contacts while I wait to receive my order. This is my 3rd or 4th year with VSP insurance and they took care of me everytime I came in for the last 3 years. Would def recommend!

Dr. Rappa! Is the best Eye Dr I have ever been to! Personality on point! Care on point- she took the time to explain everything, took the time to actually figure out my problem! Made me feel like I wasn’t just another chart. Thank you so much!

Always had been treated phenomenaly at all levels here. Except today when I was 10 minutes late. I was coming 52 miles away and got jammed up in traffic and I tried to call with no answer to let them know. I stood there at front desk for 9 minutes more then she Amber the Great said your late and must reschedule. I said I could wait till a opening she stated we don't do that and maybe be on time. I just came from so far to be denied. No compassion just a opportunity for a good geture but she denied that opportunity. Everyone else there is phenomenal though that's a fact. Thank you in advance

Super friendly and efficient. Doctors know exactly what they're talking about and take time to teach you about it. Cody is super helpful when dealing with insurance stuffs and picking out frames. They have a system in place to make sure everyone is taken care of. Highly recommend.

What a friendly, happy, and knowledgeable group of people. Everyone I worked with was terrific. Really enjoyed Dr. Fuerst's awesome explanations and I love seeing someone truly love what they do.
I have never seen an office runs so efficiently. So glad I chose this group!

Clean environment, nice staff from front to back, front desk, technician, doctors and front store staff all informative and helpful, specifically with verifying your out of pocket cost in advance so you know your options…It’s my third year with them and it works for me so I’m staying!

I absolutely love EYEcenter Optometric. I had my first appointment with Dr. Rappa and she was very thorough. She listened to all of my concerns and validated each one. I really appreciate her. All of my past experiences felt like I was being brushed off, but with EYEcenter I felt heard and valued.
