We ordered a Swimming goggles with the prescriptions in January, it took a while to get the goggle, but when my daughter used for her swim lessons it was Leak. We told the center it need to Repair or order a new one, but over eight months they never got it fixed. Also my daughter’s prescription glasses frame broken, it was only few months since she got it, the Quality was not Acceptable. The Representative checked and told me it was under warranty yesterday, but when we went there by an appointment the day after they told me it was not under warranty. Very disappointing and we paid hundreds of dollars for Piece of junk.

My complete experience was wonderful. The staff and doctor were great, taking time to explain the procedures and answering all of my questions. They helped me pick out the perfect glasses for my needs. I would highly recommend them for any of your optical needs.

The doctors I had been seeing for past few years were not that good. I had issues with long sight and short sight and they were never able to provide me with a correct and comfortable bifocal contact lens. But the new Dr I saw yesterday, she is the best. She listened to all my concerns and did few tests and gave a bifocal contact lens. Boy, can't I be any happier? She is the best.

This was my first time getting glasses and I had a great experience. Dr. Coen was so incredibly personable as was the person who helped me choose my lenses and frames. They made the whole experience seamless and hassle free.
