Eyeglass World, Chula Vista CA

We went here to get my kid’s eyeglasses fixed and the service was reallly awesome! Noemi fixed the glasses for free and she was really nice! Thank you!

I went to eyeglass world (broadway location) because my niece stepped on my glasses, and Esmeralda helped me fix my glasses. She was very nice and very helpful.

Christina was the best! She was informative and kind. Marc managed to get my glasses I ordered done in 5 minutes, was very happy with the overall customer service. I also got my exam done as a walk in since someone cancelled

I saw Noemi at the Chula Vista location today. She is super nice and helpful. I particularly want to say that she has a very good eye for choosing a frame that complements your face. I was very pleased.

"Now that it's been a bit since I've had my glasses, I would like to update my review.
The service was awesome. But I believe my prescription isnt correct and I could have chosen better fitting frames. The frames were adjusted multiple times at the location the day purchased, Both pairs have seemed to go right back to the way they were.

I am also using hindsight and realizing that there wasnt enough visual testing after I was given my glasses. The only test was to walk around and see if things "looked good" as well as reading the sign 10 ft away with letters.
Things WERE better. Kind of. Now that I've tried the glasses for a bit, I'm realizing my own vision is better itself. I am 20/25 apparently. Going in today to try to get a resolution. "

Day of purchase:
As a total eyeglass noob at 38 years old, I had an excellent experience at this location. My mom actually recommended the place since she had good products and service. I learned when I arrived that they didn't accept my insurance group (Community Health Group) which almost turned me away, but I stayed since my mom said she would pay!

After about an hour I had an exam done and tried on the recommended prescription via test glasses and walked around to see how it felt. Very different but very good! Walked out the door spending under 200 ($176) with a prescription, two styles picked out and picked them up the next morning. Had to have the frames adjusted a bit, but it was no problem. The young woman who helped me, Noemi, was patient, friendly and full of good information.

If you don't have insurance, just go if you have the money! You can get frames for a decent price, try them on in-store, have them adjusted, and even keep going back to have them adjusted for free as needed!

I would highly recommend this location for it's value, cleanliness and great service.

I’ve been coming to get my prescription glasses at this store and today I visited to have my glasses quick repaired and Noemi, not just kindly and gladly repaired it but I was not charged a penny.
I keep coming to this office because their customer service is exceptional!

Eyeglass World is the best. I have been coming here for years. They have the best customer service experience and price. I dropped my new eyeglasses on accident and scratch them. When to Eyeglass World in Chula Vista to get them replaced. As soon as I walk in Christina greeted me. She took them to Marc and in 10 minutes I had my eyeglasses no questions asked. Love this team!

It was my first time walking into an Eyeglass World and Justine made it a pleasant experience, she helped me from the very beginning and even got my shades looking great! Noemi and Christina were also very nice to be helped by, definitely coming back in the future!

I had an incredible experience! I came in very last minute with a desperate need for prescription sunglasses ahead of vacation. I’d just been told I couldn’t wear contacts for the next two weeks, and all I have are my regular glasses. Christina helped me out — made sure it was within my budget and ensured I’d have them within a day before I left for my trip. Amazing customer service, I could not recommend them more!
