True five stars. Eye exam and new glasses the same day. The Dr was awesome and Sean was a huge help! Super fast, super affordable.

I stopped in at eyeglass world Oceanside because I needed hinge on a pair of glasses fixed and a pair of glasses adjusted. Sean helped me out with quick service, kindness and fast repair and adjustment. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great quality eyewear But even better customer service their Representative Sean Extremely Helpful and Patient With me, while I was trying to find the perfect pair for my lady. Appreciate you SEAN
Would definitely recommend Anybody looking for glasses to look no further!

The overall experience was very good. However, my direct interactions with employees, Lucia and Sean are where these 5 stars are from.
I do have some concerns with the lens quality, but hopefully that’ll work itself out and not become an issue where I have to go back and buy different lenses.

Didn't have a appointment and walked in. Got my exam and picked out my glasses. 5 days later had my new glasses. So easy and helpful. Thank you Eyeglass World.

Eyeglass World has been servicing me for many years and always with great results. They help me with fashion selections and I get rave compliments from family & friends. Also very convenient with in house optometrist. They listen to my needs. Zeek & staff are sooooo helpful and complimentary.

I had a good experience, I was greeted when I walked in, everyone was nice! They were also very insightful and I found a pair of glasses I loved for an affordable price:)

I had an eye exam and picked out a couple of frames for my new prescription. The staff here was friendly and helpful and I had a great experience with Zeke. I had my new glasses within one business day and when I went back to pick them up, Zeke made some minor adjustments to the frames, which helped them fit perfectly.

The people who work there are super helpful, very nice, and really accommodating! Plenty of glasses selections. Easy to make an appointment as well. Definitely recommend!

I had the most amazing customer service experience at the oceanside location last week! My daughter yeeted her eyeglasses into the ocean thursday afternoon- a day before we were supposed to see the one and only ms taylor swift in LA - we were visiting from out of state and miguel went above and beyond to help us get an apptmnt and talked to the lab to explain our situation.caila also helped us get the frames and lenses picked out and made up so my daughter did not have to miss one second of her moms favorite singer -
i wished we lived closer so we could get all our eyeglasses here!

Update: Dont go here they use and sell your personal information even though they're under the law not to. When I question corp and local management they refuse to answer me. If you like signing away your information then be my guest and go here.

The Dr seemed very rushed and annoyed from start. He seemed more annoyed due to the fact that I chose differently then machine did. Acted like I was lying and annoyed, made me due it over. Then claim that eye machine is better.

They gave my husband the wrong prescription and made him pay for both the wrong prescription and the correction. Not coming back!
Edit.they sent him a bill for services!

Terrible service since December I had an eye exam, we are in March and it is the date that they did not give me my prescription. I have called thousands of times and they only tell me that they are late with the request for contacts. I have never had such a bad experience, be careful, they practically made me lose my money and now I don't know what to do because I am already 4 months old and they have not resolved me I don't know where to call and complain because they only know how to tell me that they are late. With the order and that's all they practically scammed me

Odessa has great customer service. Odessa really cares about providing good customer support. She got an extra charge that I was billed for improperly removed. I will be recommending Eyeglasses world in Oceanside because of her help.

Eye exam was great but the people there that help with the choosing of glasses were no help I ended up with glasses that don’t let me focus
I would recommend having an eye exam but go somewhere else for your glasses unless you do not need special help in choosing the right frames for your face

Zeke, Odessa, and team are great! I needed to have my lenses changed a couple of times until I was satisfied. They always provided me the best in customer service. I strongly recommend them! PS: Odessa deserves a raise!
