Absolutely helpful from getting an appt time to happily helping me when I accidentally bent and messed up my frames without delay at all and repair them as a walk-in. Thank you Lemon Grove Office Staff!

I like this place! I've been here three years in a row. My two adult children and I all get our glasses here. There is plenty of staff available and they are really nice and helpful. We are assisted quickly. They don't hard sell anything. They provide consistent and accurate information. There is a good selection of frames at varying prices. All five pair of my glasses were ready in under 24 hours, three of which were available within 2 hours. The parking is free and I've never had an issue with finding a space.

Victoria was very pleasant, and she helped adjust my old glasses to use while I wait 10 days. The eye exam is very thorough. I know it's a much better exam than at Stanton optical. Prices are average. Overall it's convenient great eye exam and helpful staff.

Brianna helped us and made it an awesome experience! Very informative while charismatic. Also love the convenience of this location as well as the overall selection of glasses.

Honestly, I have been getting my eyeglasses with Eyeglass World for many years. This is by far the best location. They are so friendly and efficient! And saved my life in a pinch when my foster puppy ate my glasses LOL. THANK YOU JESSE! You saved my life today. I promise you have my business for life!

We are so happy to have found Eyeglass World, which has a great selection of kids' glasses frames, great service, and a wonderful eye doctor (Dr. Tammy Monck). My young daughters will be going here for appointments from now on- highly recommended!

Alan was my saving grace today. Broke my glasses this morning. He gave me a temporary part so i can drive home. Then got me set with my second pair I had previously purchased and was ready when i came to back. It couldn't have been a better day. Thanks Eyeglass world. Especially Alan.

Just had a completely frustrating, stressful, and unprofessional experience over the phone with Eyeglass world in Lemon Grove CA. I literally called to reorder contacts that I have been ordering for 2 years now with the same insurance and was told by a Supervisor (who’s name I wish I didn’t forget) that they cannot locate me in the system and that their company might have “dropped” my insurance. I had just ordered contacts in February. This wasn’t making any sense to me as I had called my insurance company prior to reordering just to make sure I was still in coverage with this eyeglass world, and they expressed to me that I was. I called my insurance company again after being told this and they 3 way called eyeglass world with me and come to find out the supervisor was looking me up the wrong way and started to get rude when this was explained to her. Without even finishing our conversation she said she had 3 patients waiting on her and will give me a call later and hung up. The representative from my insurance couldn’t believe how rude the supervisor had gotten and was shocked. She quickly began looking up other places for me to go and did not recommend using Eyeglass world for future services.

Went there yesterday hoping to get new glasses cause my dog chewed up mine and I was so happy they were able to get my glasses done in less than an hour. The manager Jessie who was the one that helped me and my husband was amazing, he helped us with everything we needed it. Even my husband got himself two new pair of glasses. The service was great and they were all very helpful. So happy I was able to get my new glasses. First time visit here and we loved it! Def coming back.

Rosa, has provided an incredible experience. First time coming in and won’t be the last. Will be retiring for more business and will be referring my friends and family.

We went to get a new prescription lenses for my daughter. We still had her frames from last year so our insurance wouldn’t cover frames until next year which is what I expected. Allison helped us with updating her lenses and usually turn around time is 1 business day as long as they have the lenses in stock. Unfortunately since we get the anti reflection coating it was going to take about 5-10 days. She gave us the option of taking her glasses home so she wouldn’t be without one but i decided to leave them so we wouldn’t be driving back and fourth/waiting for them to be done. It was completely understandable and it was an easy transaction since she didn’t get new frames. Also we went after lunch and it wasn’t busy so that was a big plus.

I came in with my 2 year old son one morning to order prescription lenses for frames I bought online. Rosa was very kind, knowledgeable & helpful throughout the whole process. She helped me find the best deal and was even able to figure out my son's PD when my optometrist did not. Highly recommend.

I was a walk-in customer. Allison immediately greeted me and started to work on my broken glasses. She fixed it within 5 minutes with no charge. Allison is awesome.
